She hitting the radios hard with her first single “Whine Up”, which features Elephant Man and Ivy Queen. Kat is a multi-talented artist with her music having hints of Hip hop, R&B, Merengue, Pop, and Spanish Jazz, all in both English and Spanish. She even received the approval of R. Kelly who called the young singer a “prodigy”…

THAT was the funniest thing I have heard all day. But that is so true. She needs to focus on getting ONE of those genres right before mixing all of them together because it’s not working. I couldn’t get into the song at all. Too much going on and she does sound like she used the same vocoder as J Lo.
