Where are you getting your information? That’s not true. If you violate your probation, you can receive the maximum term for that crime, and it’s not 5 days by no stretch of the imagination. Understand this, she did not plea guilty to driving drunk with a suspended license, she already did that, instead, she pled to VIOLATION OF PROBATION, of which she was on for the driving drunk with suspended license. The judge did not depart from the sentencing guidelines in that state for that crime.

And why are people saying the judge is making an example out of her….how about he’s just following the letter of the law instead of treating her with the same kid gloves she’s been treated with all her life. True, judges are people too and they can sometimes be star struck, so how about this judge just isn’t star struck…i mean, is that so unbelieveable.
