Blaque? Are you serious?! This is definitely random. I’ve been getting my e-mail box blown up about this. At first, I wasn’t biting because I thought that the song sounded a little dated (which I still do). I thought, initially, that Blaque had thrown in the towel after the failure of their single “Ugly,” featuring Missy Elliott, which was supposed to appear on their shelved album, “Torch.” I don’t know whether or not they’re signed to a new label, because last I heard, they’d been dropped. Not really feeling this new track too much. But I wanna see what’s in store for these three girls.

I have to admit that I think, Victoria Beckham, formerly known as Posh Spice and the wife of soccer megastar David Beckham, is one of the hottest women alive. She is the most photographed person in the UK, and now that she’s in the United States, living on the West Coast, paparazzi hasn’t given her time of day. So, I guess she’s returning to her recording roots. With 3 Spice Girls albums under her belt and a couple of solo records out in the UK, she has recorded a new single featuring (and I’m sure you won’t guess it), NAS! Don’t know how I feel about the song. But it’s definitely randomly.

anybody else notice that they finally released their 2nd album blaque out on the 27th, it came out of no where, it was released on mathew knowles label. they took some of the good songs off but i was still shock to see it actually get released, Torch is suppose to come out in july on itunes and napster only.

I forgot that Blaque was stuck in the hell hole that is Music World Entertainment. Both songs are good enough for what’s out there right now (Rihanna, Ciara, Chris Brown, et al) but they don’t blow me away. Posh could have taken J.Lo’s non-black-hip-hop-singer cred before Nelly Furtado, Gwen Stefani and Fergie jumped on it, but I think it’s a little too late because she’s too damn skinny for the urban market–and I don’t think she’ll gain some weight for a career.
