VIVICA TRIED TO USE THE RACE CARD DURING DUI ARREST IN MARCH
The DUI arrest report for Vivica A. Fox, uncovered by TMZ.com, reveals an attempt by the actress to use the race card in playing one arresting cop against the other.
The officer says in the report, after she was stopped, “Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, ‘Brother help a sister — are you going to let this racist white cop do this … well are you?’”
In a section of the report requiring officers to describe the demeanor of the person being arrested, Laubscher wrote “demeaning.” According to TMZ, things between Fox and the officers “got volatile enough that a patrol sergeant was called to the scene.” [SOURCE]

If you have a good lawyer, you can beat ANY case in court, but the important thing is to keep your mouth shut, because the Judge will ask the police officer if you were hostile, upset, drunk or high……
Just let them write the ticket.
You’ll have plenty of time to plead your case in court.

yea, Bill The cop was a butthead. He circled around in the parking lot where I work, I was going to lunch. But I had seen him earlier when I walked to another office. As soon as I pulled out he came behind me and hit the lights. I pulled over, rolled down the window, He pulled out his gun and was like “ur window tint is too dark! Who else is in the car with you! Turn off the car! Let me see ur hands!” Ok how imma show this fool my hands (plural) and turn off the car! I didnt say a word. I did what he said in sequence. Then I called my husband and had him on speaker. The cop asked for my DL and registration. Asked where was I going where was I coming from. I answered, although he knew! He made me sit there 29 minutes! I was steaming but he NEVER saw it! I went back to work and looked him up in my patient data base. ( he looked toooo familiar) HE WAS A PATIENT OF OURS!!!! I GOT THE NUMBER TO HIS STATION AND FILED A COMPLAINT TO superior. He thought I was just going to pay the tickets. I applied for a court date. The judge was smilin at me before he even called my name. Shoot I smiled back! Went up there, he was like Mrs. Hall u have two tickets. 1 for illegal window tint and 1 for no display of registration. How do u plead. I said no contest. He said what do u have to say about this matter. I was like I had the tint tested here are the results, it is legal. and I had the registration at the time and I have it today, Sir. He said Both cases dismeiised. He didnt even look at my paperwork! YEA!!!!

Here’s my 2 cents on the whole nasty cop thing….regardless of THE COPS RACE… in their eyes they are right. However, they are not a judge or jury. U cant plead ur case with him/her. So save it. Remain calm, so u dont go to jail. And wait for ur day in court. Trying to negotiate usually makes the situation worse….IMO
