I think I might just like this song because of the sample of “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” by Daft Punk, which just happens to be one of my favorites. Kanye sounds good too, I just think this is an overall nice song. I wasn’t really listening to the words, because I was so focused on how he sampled this song. I just think it’s very interesting what we’re using these days to be more innovative.

This is a bonus track that leaked from Rihanna’s “Good Girl Gone Bad.” I can totally see why this was left off of the album. It doesn’t really fit the overall feel of the album, beside it being a dance record. This song just seems like Rihanna hitting the studio to have a little fun. After listening to Rihanna’s album, I can completely appreciate what she’s trying to do, aside from her voice not really doing anything for me. But “Haunted” is definitely album-filler leftovers.

Looks like Kelly Rowland’s album is coming out. I’m glad too, because it’s been a long time coming. A low quality snippet had leaked of this song, but a much longer, super-clear version has finally been released, complete with Snoop Dogg. Although I don’t too much prefer the lyrics to this song, I really enjoy the production and the way Kelly’s voice rides the track. I think this tempo is a good look for her.

Apparently, the third single from Rich Boy’s album is “Good Things,” produced by the homie Polow Da Don, and featuring my homegirl Keri Hilson. This is actually production and content-wise, one of my favorite songs from Rich Boy’s debut album, which has garnered him much success. “Throw Some D’s” was a huge record, “Boy Looka Here” got a lot of play in the clubs, but I think this is definitely a radio friendly hit.
Kelly needs to come stronger!

That’s actually the European Dance Remix of Rihanna’s ‘Haunted’…the real version is a slow ballad which is 20 x better…the lyrics are sick though…real deep song.

People are crazy, I love Kelly’s new album, from all of the snippets that I have heard. Why is everyone criticizing her so harshley. She has a nice voice and the whole flow and vibe of the album is great. At least you can listen to it all of the way through and not have 1 or 2 tracks then skip the rest. Her album is a must buy..and I am glad that she doesn’t let people define her.
