maybe because I am really spiritual but the hole demonic thing is a bad way to go. As soon as Aaliyah messed with it (the snakes and queen of the damned) she was outta there. That whole vampire red eyes demon thing was way out. But I know it wasnt the usual club scene and girls etc but that goes with upping your game with subjct matter of the song. Chris Brown is talented but messing with that stuff can have some serious consequences!

The video was okay. I had the image of Queen of the Damned myself… Only, leave Aaliyah out of this. I agree and disagree with what I’ve seen on here so far:

The video concept was similar to Thriller and Blade…but every single video that you see out now looks exactly the same as well. You see rappers sitting outside a car and a female dancing and bending over. Next you have the girl who’s man did her wrong and she’s throwing him out and ripping up his clothes, she’s putting him out, or he’s got to go.

Vampire thing….personally I wouldn’t say that was the best choice. I like the whole dark feel of it. I doubt that he ever thought about the demonic side of it. However someone listening to vulgar language, lying, and etc is just as bad. Just you watching a movie with violence is a message or watching a video with people holding up liquor bottles and a female dancing on a pole, guy, or car isn’t any better. Correct me if I’m wrong. The kid didn’t think much of it. I go to church and I am a spiritual person and every bad thing is measured the same. Moving along….

True I believe the video was okay. It wasn’t anything that I would do cartwheels for but what did you really expect to see a night club, concert scene, girls chasing him down the street? The director gave an aspect people didnt expect. It’s in his age group. Now if he had a concept that showed girls being groupies then you would think he was being conceited and needed to bring it down a notch. There’s not much people can do that hasn’t been done already. Swagger Jackers whatever you want to call it everyone does it, even you people just extend the concept. If you dont make your own clothes and what not you are one too. The clothes you have on your back someone designed and laid out and said this is what is going to worn for the season. So when you go to the store and pick up those new pair of shoes, jeans, or shirt just remember you’re copying off a designer that had a vision of that style. As for artist if you want to go there you might as well say Micheal Jackson is a swagger jacker too because he got some of his stuff from James Brown and where James Brown got it from….you get it? I am a producer here in LA and I can tell you that I have buddies that worked on this album as engineers. They told me he couldnt keep a tune to save his life and they autotuned most of it and focused on the music and beats which were produced huge studios anyway. If you listen to his voice you can hear the “chorusy” effects and the kind of robotic quality to it..Yeah…he aint no R. Kelly. I worked with that man and he is the truth! This is overproduced autotuned crap at its worst. Cool Vid tho. lol
