14 year-old singing sensation, Tiffany Evans released a video for her first single, “Promise Ring,” featuring Ciara and written by the good people with The Clutch.
I really like Tiffany’s flavor and what she’s bringing. She’s a cute girl with a great voice and a message. Although, admittedly, I would have loved to have seen Tiffany and Ciara do a little more dancing together. Either way, gotta love it.

I for one am glad that she is able to bring in money to help her family(no more living out of the car) I dont compare ciara to aaliyah i love them both and she cant help if she sorter looks like her, besides the dance moves are totally different. AAliyah was more sensual and relaxed Ciara is more crunk and hardcore with hers. Tiffany is 15 now since Aug 4, but I am worried that if she looks like this after (DOAMBW) what will my daughter look like when she is 15? She had a huge growth spurt.
