I had on 6 inch heels, I came from a playboy party. She tried to belittle me, a lot of managers, media there. She started threatening me, my face, my household, my family. I told her that she gotta stop threatening me. She thought I couldn’t fight, a light skinned Puerto Rican. We started fighting, and Sunny from Hot 97 pulled my hair from behind, like, “oh no you aint gonna fight my girl.” A lot of people didn’t know it was her, because they only knew her voice from the radio. Gloria Velez! Assuming that every black woman is in some way intimidated by her or jealous of her! The fact that she has a son with Aaron Hall means nothing to me ,because I have seen plenty of nonblack women in relationships with black men that have children by these same black men,and seem to harbor deep resentment towards black women. Im not against interracial relationships.Its not for me personally,but I do believe that individuals should have the right to date and fall in love with whomever they choose to .Just dont use black women and the negative stereotypes that you have about us as a whole to justify why you choose to do so. You have some of these black men speaking down about black women,when their own mothers ,grandmothers,sisters,aunts, cousins, etc are black. When non black women see how little respect some of black men are to women within their own race, they dont feel the need to show us respect .Look at the videos today.The majority of these women are either white ,latino,or if black mixed with another race.This allows many of the non black women to feel that they are the Preferred chosen type /standard of beauty for these men.
