You people act like we ain’t used to see Janet gaining weight after the promotion of a new album, a tour, or any other new project. Stop acting all surprised, she may be fatter than “you” or “your woman” but she’ll lose that weight in no time 3 months before the release of her new album, as she always does, and look better than “you” or “your woman” again. There are millions reasons why a woman can gain weight, period, strong depression and/or stress (both genders), pregnancy, post-”too strict diet” reaction after stopping it (both genders). And if you saw her on Oprah, JD loves her with and without the weight on, that’s what real love is all about, men and women’s bodies are bound to change and nobody’s perfect, get over it.

JD is short and ugly, JJ has weight issues, but their love is stronger and realer than most people in general, not just in hollywood. So while y’all dissing one or the other, they’re probably happier than some of you will ever be.

LMAO!!! Janet looks ok. She always puts on a lil weight every now and then when no album is due. I’m more worried about her face. But it seems that when she puts on weight or is without heaps of makeup, she looks normal/better so maybe her face is still relatively fine…just some bad pics sometimes.

People are going to change over time…It’s bound to eventually happen. Once women have kids their body isn’t the same. Combine that with maintaining the house, working and taking care of kids and it’s hard to keep up with the same self maintenance (nails done, hair done, shopping sprees, pedicure, looking good from head to toe) and remaining in shape because of lack of time for yourself bc you dedicate yourself to your family. I started to feel myself slip into that getting lazy about keeping myself up bc i’m tired from work and my daughter. But, i bounced back. Why? Not because i’m worried about what my man thinks or i’m trying to keep him. But because i do it bc looking good makes me feel good. But the point is, it’s not being realistic for someone to think that their partner will not change with time. And, as someone else pointed out, it’s pretty shallow….

Now i’m not going to generalize everyone (as alot of ppl do on here) but i will say that some men trip me out. They expect you to go to work, come home and cook, clean, tend to the kids, put the kids to bed and then put on a little strip tease at the end of the night. LOL. All of this while looking glamorous and like a video vixen..

Janet always been a little thicker in between albums. Once her new album comes out she’ll be right back in shape. It’s what she does best.

Also, if she just finished a movie, as someone said, maybe the weight gain is for the movie…Something to think about…
