Once the black man has been softened up by the “empowered” black woman, then they can swoop in with the homosexual and lesbian revolutions and bring more confusion. That’s why these sisters are so infatuated with the “downlow” phenomenon and yet they love to hang out with the out and out homos. It represents the weakening of the black man and the strengthening of themselves (in their warped mentality). That’s why so many successful black men are not married. What about the “Chamillionaire post”? I looked at that post and most of the comments revolved around how ugly some of the sisters thought he was, lol. There were a few complementary compliments sprinkled in, most of them probably not sincere but that’s just my opinion. So I think YOUR theory was disproved in that post, not mine. What I commented on is a societal issue and it can’t be disproven on no damn blog post, lol. If you read what I said, I said that the brother “hit on some strong points”, not that I agree with the brother 100%. I would never call the black woman a whore or a bitch even if they are one. A bitch or a whore knows that she’s a bitch or a whore, it’s not necessary for me to tell her that. I know that many elements of society would like to see a perceptive black man cater to the lowest common denominator and denigrate the black woman as opposed to conveying how he believes both he and she are at fault.

Judah - I agree with most of your post, and, to a degree I think you and Dat’s have good points. But here he comes with the name caclling, tearing new assholes, etc..which he fails to realize only adds to the negative and overly-aggressive stereotype people have about black men. Because someone disagrees or expresses a point of view different than yours doesn’t mean they are an idiot. What I do agree with is accountbility - men and women both need to be accountable for their actions. Men and women both need to assess the damage and figure out what their role in the deterioration of the community. You are right - there are many women that don’t know how their actions have contributed to the downward spiral of the community, however, there is a clear epidemic of black men not taking care of business for their families, too. Just as you say not ALL, just some. The same as I put it to you about the women in your life, I would never pretend to suggest or say something like “you men need to…” or “all you men…” because I have positive, successful black men in my life. So, points are taken, but I hope you can a better way to articulate your frustrations.

What many of the women are reacting to (not that I can speak for all) is just what happened here. Diddy is the shit musically, artistically and just as a business man in general.Without him, some of my most treasured joints wouldn’t have been created.
