MTV is set to air the infamous “CHAIR THROWING” episode of Making the Band 4 next week. This is a must see!
Back in May, we told you about the complaint Laurie Ann Gibson filed against Diddy, because she claimed he threw a chair at her. Gibson said two men (Celebrity guest judge Michael Bivens & Diddy) started yelling and cursing at her when she told them the dancers had been given only a day to practice in order to see what they would do in a crunch.
Bivins then allegedly grabbed her while Diddy picked up a chair and threatened her. She said she broke free, tried to run and Bivins allegedly grabbed her once again. Then she left, the complaint stated.
Well Laurie Ann spoke to Wendy Williams earlier this week about her upcoming reality show, the tell all book, and the Diddy incident. Make sure you check out the audio above.

From the commercials of the show…it looked like Diddy was very disrespectful and out of line…it’s about time Laurie stood up for herself.
I heard that whole interview yesterday. Im shocked LA spoke up and about Diddy like that. If she does writes a tell all book I will be the first in line because she would know way more about Diddy than anybody cause she worked with him for years she said….I believe what she said is true. No reason to go on WW and lie, especially in the same city as Diddy and she is filing a suit too, so she can’t say too much..You go girl!!!!

If it’s real, why didn’t she press charges? I know she said she filed a lawsuit – but assault is assault.
And since Micheal Bivens grabbed her twice, he is the real culprit since the chair was thrown, but didn’t actually strike her.

Nearly everyone was up in arms about the clip from Hot Ghetto Mess last week because it reinforces sterotypes, but here is Diddy acting like the angry, violent black man that we see throughout the media (like Isaiah Washington). People you can’t have it both ways. You can’t sign a petition about seeing women shake their asses then flock to the tv screen when a fight on college hill breaks out. Its all bad. And might I add, MTV is much more widespread than BET, so where is the petition?
It could be a stunt, but then again why would Laurie Ann leave a somewhat successful show for the possibility of getting her own (which as far as I know hasn’t even been picked up by a network). But if she signs to bad boy (the show is about her becoming a singer), then it probably is just for ratings.

I didnt watch Making the Band this season and saw only and episode or 2 in previosu seasons, so I dont know what to make of all this.I do believe that its wrong for any man to put his hands on a woman. I didnt see the episode and doubt that Ill be tuned into it ,but Im sure that Concrete Loop will have a snippet soon enough ,so I’ll comment more than!
