Mya is currently on her fourth studio album “Liberation” which, as of now does not have a release date.
Rewind: Last year, we featured a blind item about a non-black/non-white actress who’s “currently on a TV series.” She was once discreetly involved with a rapper/actor. Her representatives asked her to break off the relationship fearing a backlash from fans and Hollywood bigwigs. She took their advice, but now, she regrets it.
Fast Forward: She still has strong feelings for her former boyfriend and she’s not over him. Her heart continues to ache, and she is heartbroken that he is in a serious relationship with a new girlfriend.
She tells friends, “I should have followed my heart and told my agent to fuck off but I didn’t because I wanted success so bad.”
When they broke up, she told the rapper that she needed her space but he would soon find out-the real reason for the breakup. He was devastated that she left him because of his race, and he vowed-he would never forgive her.
The actress misses him so much, she is contemplating on whether she should contact him.
She’s secretly hoping for a reconciliation, because she really doesn’t want to lose him forever to this other woman.

The official movie premiere for “Who’s Your Caddy” went down in Hollywood last night. Random stars came out to support the film which is going to hit theaters on Friday. Let’s just say it won’t be a blockbuster, but it will probably produce some laughs.

Not really seeing where Jenny Lo is trying to go with this song. What’s funny is, it seems like something that would have been on Amerie’s Because I Love It for some reason. The song is just really funny because, well, she really just can’t sing a lick. This arrangement really requires and calls for a little bit of vocal ability that I just don’t think J. Lo can provide. This is the rumored single. We’ll see.

J. Holiday is definitely coming hard with “Bed” on the radio from his debut album, Back of My Lac, which has a tentative release date of October 2, according to poster snipes that I’ve seen all over polls here in Atlanta. I think that “Bed” definitely came at the right time, because it is more unique than any of the other material that I’ve heard from J. Holiday. This song is fun, but it doesn’t really strike me or hit as hard as “Bed” did.
Queen Latifah took her longtime ‘gal pal’ Jeanette Jenkins as her date to the new York City premiere of Hairspray last week. Jenkins is a Hollywood trainer and has been “friends” with Latifah for awhile.
Anyway, while they were walking down the red carpet, Sister 2 Sister magazine editor Jamie Foster Brown asked Jeanette if she had a boyfriend:
“Do you have a boyfriend?,” asked a serious Jamie. “I’m in a relationship. I have been for a long time,” Jeanette stammered before beating a hasty retreat down the red carpet. [SOURCE]
I’m sure y’all remember that rumor that went around last year too. Jeanette and Latifah allegedly had a heated argument and then Jeanette said she was going to go to the media about their relationship. I guess they worked everything out. I say let them live and quit trying to get up in their business.
