Some of you people are idiots to assume that Jennifer is “not healthy”. What do you think her lipid profile is? What is her hemoglobin a1c? What was her last electrolyte panel? What is her LDL/HDL ratio? You people kill me. Now, granted, I am nowhere near her size and don’t plan on getting there, but that is due to my own vanity, and I have enough sense to know that people her size can be quite healthy. ( but then again, maybe everything I learned in medical school was wrong). Now morbid obesity (BMI >28) is an independent risk factor for stroke, MI, pulmonary embolism, diabetes, and perioperative mortality, but she is nowhere near that category. I was,called to prononunce death on a patient who suffered a ruptured heart muscle and came to the ER 2 weeks prior choking on her own blood tinged sputum and saliva after she started taking a “fat burning tea”. All she ever talks about is being black. I seen her on a show once and she said that while she was happy for her OSCAR win, it also scared her to death because she knew people were going to put such an expectation on her that NO ONE could live up too. And look…that’s exactly what happened. Some black people scrutinize this woman’s every move. People call her “one of the most beautiful women in the world” (that’s not her fault, I don’t even think she likes that)…. she’s one of the highest paid women in HOLLYWOOD (black or white) period. She is one of the few celebrities that even celebrities get STAR-STRUCK by.
