I love looking at Diet Beyonce, although hearing her is another thing. I can’t even front, eventhough she didn’t write a damn thing on that album and claimed she got to do what she wanted (this time around), I liked a good 4 to 5 tracks of the album. An accomplishment! There were about 20 samples throughout the album but the production was on point.

Not to mention the quality of music was a constant stream of originality and hits back then. Now, there’s a standard to be in each genre, so there’s no variety. You buy one artist’s album and you’ve basically heard them all.
@ such magnificance… I think the reason record sales are so low now-a-days is due to the iTunes/mp3 craze. It’s so easy to just go online and buy the songs you like and download them to your iPod… Most cds out right now only have 2 or 3 good songs on them anyway so, I know I’m not about to waste 12.99 or however much for just 2 or 3 songs … I can’t remember the last time I purchased a whole cd, lol!
