@ 4 i think they are releasing videos and singles so fast b/c they are trying to get another hit single that will be as big of a pop single as umbrella but I really doubt it will happen. As much as I hate umbrella i think it was the standout song on the album. Plus her album hasn’t even hit gold yet so if they get another hit single the single can help push the album to gold.
She looks good. She should have been a model instead of a singer she’s not very good at that IMO.She could have made it big as a print model.

well rihana is an artist that is smart because as she stated she had more control over this album than any of her previous albums so in turn instead of catering to the black audience she catered to the white audience by going pop on this album…….she knows what is going to aid her in the long run POP which is predominatly filled with white audiences rather than R&B……so with that being said dont really like her album i mean its clear to see the audience she’s trying to attract but i definitely think it was a genius move to cater to the white folks thats going to buy your stuff……

And why are they acting as though “Shut Up and Drive” wasn’t released–after it was rumored Def Jam spent 600K on the video? And sales overseas are easy to do when their criteria for “gold” and “platinum” are not 500,000 and 1,000,000 like in America.

Why oh Why all the negativity? I dont understand it. Atleast Ri-Ri comes off as a real person/ she has personality, not just an aura when she is onstage(sasha) but when she is off stage as well. She does not apprea robotic & you can tell she doesnt spend hours a day rehearsing lines of what she will be saying at her next interview. I like Ri-Ri her vocie is different which makes her stand out even more. On top of that she doesnt have to over do it & try hard to be sexy.
