CIARA ADDRESSES THE #25 RUMOR
In a recent interview with MTV, Ciara explained what her robe at the 2007 BET Awards represented. Most of you guys thought it had something to do with Reggie Bush (his playing number is 25) or 50 Cent (y’all know about the rumors), but she cleared the air and said it was about the ‘BET Top 25 Dancers’ list that came out earlier this year.
She was #25 on the list and artists like Diddy and Shakira were placed above her.
Backstage at the awards show, she shut down all the rumors and explained that “25?” was her way of questioning her placement on BET’s Top 25 Dancers list..
“I don’t know if you’ve seen the Top 25 Dancers countdown on BET; I acknowledged that..”
HI-FIVE MEMBER DIED FROM FREON HUFFING
The autopsy report for Tony Thompson (Hi-Five) has revealed he died from ‘Freon,’ snuffing.
Dr. Reade A. Quinton, a medical examiner at the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas, determined that Thompson, 31, died from “toxic effects of chlorodifluoromethane,” or inhaling a toxic amount of Freon.
Freon is a gas primarily used in refrigeration and air-conditioning units.
Thompson, a Waco native and former lead singer for the platinum-selling Waco quintet Hi-Five in the 1990s, was found dead outside an apartment complex June 1. [READ MORE]
