Rumors have been going on all week about the future of Danity Kane. Word is Aubrey is in talks to join The Pussycat Dolls (she can’t sing anyway) and D.Woods quit the group to pursue an acting career. That leaves Dawn, Aundrea, and Shannon. Don’t know how that’s going to work out, but I like Dawn & them so I hope it does. Diddy is probably in talks with MTV for Making the Band 5 already. You know how he do!

Miss Jones is trying to get her name back in the mix by releasing her book, . Basically she is writing about who she slept with in the industry kind of like that one hoe Super..something um, I can’t remember her name. All I know is that Miss Jones needs to sit her ass down. No one cares about who you slept with 20 years ago. You will never be famous-famous so go ahead stay on the radio (even though you should have been fired anyway).

Well Dawn has been writing and the songs on her myspace were songs she recorded for DK’s sophomore album. Aubrey recently had an interview saying that the rumors were false and that she did not leave DK and is not joining PCD. Also D. Woods did not leave the group, she started this group called Girl’s Club, but its just her little side project and she’s still in DK. They had got some time off after the Christina Aguilera tour to do their own stuff. As far as I know, DK is as solid as a rock.

For those of you outside of NY (and under 30) Miss Jones was a fledgling R&B singer in the 90s. People mostly forgot about her mediocre voice in the wake of people like Mary J Blige and Mariah. Now, shes a bloated, bitter bitch who has absolutely ruined Hot97.1 for me – I mean really how can I support a station that lets this dumb bitch make a joke out of the tsunami (shes the asshat behind that damned Tsunami Song that had everyone up in arms – for good reason) This chick will do absolutely anything for rating and still can’t seem to get over the fact that she wasn’t a success in the music biz.

I can not say that I would be surprised at all if Danity Kane broke up.Why?Well lets see,Diddy never really gave a f*ck about Danity Kane or any of the “making the band series groups” anyway. When Bad Boy was created ,he was into the music,into producing and marketing the groups/artist he signed to his label and worked with.These days he is more interested in promoting himself. Whenever you have an individual as self absorbed and conceited as Diddy ,everyone else including the artist he works with will take a back row seat to his foolishness. The Making The Band series was yet another way to bring attention to himself ,while pretending to care about up and coming talent. I wish he’d just dissolve the label because most of the artist are 1) doing nothing worth talkign about under his supervision or 2) left the label for another label.Bad Boy is a joke,and I doubt that many people take it or him very seriously anymore.Why MTV continues to air this show is beyond me. It focuses on her up bringing, child abuse, her struggle with the music industry, etc. If you read it it gives you an idea as to why she is the way she is today!
