I think this may be one of my favorite songs to leak so far from Mario’s album, besides “Go!” The production, of course, is Timbaland, while the song was penned by my good friends from The Clutch. I am just overall excited about Mario’s project, but I don’t know, it’s been pushed back so many times. “How Do I Breathe” just recently got a video, so I’m guessing they’re putting some speed behind the release of his album.

People are excited about 50′s new album, Curtis. But not me. I think it’s funny how this sounds really Southern, it just reminds me of the South, which for some reason, Timbaland channels very well. I don’t ever remember 50 using any of today’s “super-producers” aside from Dr. Dre. I think it’s even funnier that 50 has added Justin Timberlake to the song. Either way, this’ll be nice for radio, regardless of how much I dislike the song. “She Wants It” is a smart move though, I can’t lie.

This is Lloyd’s new single from his latest album, Street Love. I’m kind of glad because as much as I love “Get It Shawty!” I think that it’s time for radio to find another song of his to play out. I actually kind of like the song, production-wise and vocally, however, I’m not too sure of the lyrical content. I think I may to listen a few times more before I get really into what Lloyd’s crooning about this time.
Trey Songz – Last Time (full) – download
Bryan-Michael Cox, one of my favorite songwriters and producers hooked Trey Songz up with his new single from his upcoming album, Trey Day. I’m not sure when the song will be added to radio, but I’m hoping it can give Trey the push he needs to get his project released, because randomly, although I thought “Wonder Woman” (produced by Nate Danjahandz) was a really great single, it didn’t do well on radio. The video wasn’t really aired a lot either. “Last Time” seems like it will really appeal to the ladies. I hope so.
Loving the new music that is out. Gotta go and get the cds and support my people!

Player’s Prayer is one of my faves off of Lloyd’s album..besides “What U Wanna Do”.

oh yeah. i heard a few songs from 50′s album and they were hot.
U all are just a bunch of 50 haters…u’ll bash the song now, and then when it comes on in the club or when the cd comes out, u’ll bump it like u’ve been a fan since back in the day…SMH INDEED! The song is crazy, very different from stuff we’ve heard from 50 in the past, and we already knew he was gonna work with Timbaland for this project, since 50 and Tony Yayo were on Timbaland’s “Shock Value” cd.
In terms of the Mario track, I can say that i’m excited about the album coming out, I have “Turning Point”, which I felt was a great cd, and with songs like “Why”, “Crying Out For Me”, and the “How Do I Breathe” remix with Fabolous, I’m liking the direction he’s going on the cd.
“Trey Day” was supposed to be out by now, i’m not sure why the delay…”Wonderwoman” was hott, but I don’t think it got the support it needed on radio and tv, so hopefully this single can be different.
Lloyd had his 15 minute comback with “Get It Shawty” and “You”…I can’t blame him for going hard at it and putting out some more singles, cuz a lot of ppl are checking for him now, moreso than in the past
Mario’s joint is great…Kryptonite is also really good…they should put that up there next.
Tray Songz has a great voice…the track is cool…I agree with #8…its not single material…good album material but not single material.
I heard Lloyd’s track when the album came out…its great…as long as it has a great video…it’ll be a hit.
50 Cent is certified wack…ain’t have a crazy hit since the first album. This song will probably be good to bump in the club….but I ain’t been feeling 50 in a longg time.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lloyd’s song…I cannot stress enough how good his album is, it is a pleasant surprise indeed.
I want Trey Songz to hurry up with this new album…”Wonder Woman” is my shyt even though I haven’t heard it not once on my local radio station. I like the new song though and I love the songs on his Myspace page, “Replacement Girl” is my jam too.
Umm okay 50 royally fycked himself when he released that damn “Amusement Park”. That song is beyond disappointing….HOWEVER, I think alot of people are just going to bash his shyt just b.cuz.
If 50 was a unknown artist, and people heard this new song with JT they would probably like it…and believe me please this is a major upgrade from that “Amusement Park” crap. I like it…some of the lyrics are ‘eh though, like how many times will he use that whole nympho shyt in a song and JT saying he is “tired of using technology” just sounds ackward.

I can’t believe 99% of the new Lloyd fans, slept on his first album. This album’s Lil Wayne collabo isn’t better than “Trance” (which they declared to be a “filler” song instead of a single). “Get It Shorty” isn’t better than “Hey Young Girl”.
Trey Songs is 100% better than any R&B young dude out right now. I don’t understand why Neyo is getting so much recognition when everything about him screams MJ. From his “boyish voice” to his dance routines. Trey has his own style and he can actually hold a note. Neyo can’t sing a note higher than what he does now.

I guess I missed out on the 1st Lloyd joint…I would have missed out a 2nd time but I just took a chance, now I can’t go a week without listening to that damn album. But I really hated his singles from the 1st album….

Lastly, Trey Songz is always talking on the beginning of the track. Damn, shutup and just sing already. And his ad-libs begin to get a bit much toward the end of the song.

Trey Songz’ song is good and “Wonder Woman” had a hot beat, a stupid video, and really dumb lyrics. So I can see why people weren’t feeling it, but then again people like stupid music a lot more than good so it actually should be doing better than it is.
I don’t think Hazel would be a good single to put out. I mean, it’s a song about smoking weed. It’s catchy, but not really appropriate.

I have the 1st album and it’s very rare for me 2 play an album all day every day. That album is a classic and if you do not have it, you need to get it!!! Lloyd- I bought the Street Love album and liked it right away. I have many favorites but Player’s Prayer is not 1 of them. He sounds as if he is whining. Grow up and get some vocal lessons. I like Incredible, Certified, Take you home, What you wanna do, and Drop it on the one.

I personally think everyone has been sleeping on Lloyd’s lil sexy ass. His CD is really good it goes so much deeper than what they continue to play on the radio. I really hope he gets the support so he can stick around.
