Nelly Furtado feat. Missy Elliott - Do It (Remix) (full) - download
We just posted up the video for this track. Even though “Do It” was not one of my favorite tracks from Nelly Furtado’s pop smash, Loose, I definitely can see where she was going releasing this as a single. “Do It,” like most of the album, was produced by none other than Timbaland. I guess Loose was this music year’s Afrodisiac (Brandy’s latest album), in the way that he produced near the entire album. Missy Elliott always adds a fun element to everything that she’s on, and I love that presence that she adds to records most of the time.
Eve feat. Sean Paul - Give It To You (full) - download
This seems to be lighting up everywhere, but you know what? I’m not sold on it, and I don’t think it’s necessarily the best choice for Eve’s second single. The beat has great crossover appeal and will probably really heat up on radio, but I hope we are not transitioning back to the time where if you had a Sean Paul feature on your song, it’s meant for radio. I guess this is light enough for radio though. I just thought Eve was gonna come back harder after “Tambourine.”
Jagged Edge feat. Snoop Dogg - I’m A Ryder (full) - download
Hmmmm. Apparently, Jagged Edge is coming out with a new album. Although Jagged Edge is definitely a staple in my past, I’m not sure how I’m feeling about them these days, because I haven’t seen any progression in their music. But honestly, I’m not even sure whose song this is. It’s kind of all over the place. I’m not sure if this is new, but it was definitely attached to an e-mail which stated JE has a new album coming out entitled Baby Making Music.
Kelly Rowland - Tell Me (full) - download
I love the melodies and harmonies on this song, I think it was well-arranged, but it definitely doesn’t sound like something that fits on Ms. Kelly. But I think that if Kelly went back into the studio to record more upbeat songs for the album, “Tell Me” would have been the way to go. Because it doesn’t come off as Kelly trying too hard to make an upbeat album. It is sort of in purgatory between up-tempo and mid-tempo, which I kind of like. Either way, “Tell Me” is an outtake. Check it out.

hasn’t been any new music in a while, i’m soo happy… i’m not into nelly furtado at all and that song is wack to me. the eve track is alright, i do see crossover appeal which is needed for her to sell cd’s and if sean paul plays his cards right it could be his big return too. he feel flat with that rihanna song since she scrapped it for ‘her image change’ though it did heat up radio. jagged edge is wack and didn’t the isley’s had cd called ‘baby making musiC’? i don’t care for them anymore, they need to try again. and i’m into kelly’s song, glad it was left off and glad it’s hear for me to listen to it tho.

1. Nelly…..the album is B+ quality. The Song is a B-
2. I’m feelin it, the video better be hot or I’ma be pissed reminds me of old Eve tellin stories in her rhymes….B
3. Jagged Edge more like Soft End…..lame….C
4. Tell me Polow Da Don (or Timbo) didn’t produce it and I’m slicin balls off, Hot-Ass-Joint. It doesn’t fit Ms. Kelly (which If compared to a drink would be a tall glass of Sprite with a little ice), but if she was going for another feel on her next album I would keep this around like I’m Still In Love With My Ex.

I’ve never been a Nelly fan, but the 1st 30 seconds had me for some odd reason…
I didn’t like that Eve joint the 1st time around, and it’s not really progressing.
JE–um?? What the fuck was that tragedy?? The beat wasnt even rockin! It was annoying as hell…
The Kelly track sounded like a bad leftover version of Truth Hurts [[remember her? where is she anyways?]] that Indian feel wasnt really banging like she thought it would be. Yet sadly, the media might up-play it and that, plus the mix of how many ppl actually DO/WILL like the song, it may grow on me…

I agree on the Jagged Edge song, all of their music sounds alike. You are right I don’t know how long they have been making music but there is no growth at all. Their delivery is the exact same smh… Maybe they should let one of the other guys sing lead and put the twins in the background.

Nelly Furtado- I didn’t like this sound back in the 80s, I sure as hell dont like that bullish now
Eve - I feel like she is trying to cash in on that fact that Sean Paul is hot on a hook, too bad he was hot on a hook three years ago, sounds like Baby Boy gone wrong
JE - I loved “Walked Outta Heaven” what the hell happened to them, wackadocious doesn’t even begin to describe it
Kelly - the only one I actually added to my ipod, but I mostly like the beat, can we get an instrumental?

Nelly- get a new album
Eve- she;s very lost at the moment, prefered her when she was back in Ruff Ryders
Jagged Edge- That song was very bad. The “if it aint broke so dont fix it” mentality is not a good look, need to go back and re-invent yourself or just go work with polow da don.
Kelly Rowland- we all know she can sing but listening to Ms Kelly and simply deep i’m just gettin the feeling she really aint trying, like she aint even trying 2 challenge Beyonce, damn.

Eve is a wack rapper…I don’t think I’ve ever been impressed by her and that still stands.
Kelly isn’t solo artist material.
Jagged Edge ain’t been hot in a minuteee. Their love songs used to be the bomb but as said above…they haven’t grown as a group, lyrically, musically nothing.
Nelly Furtado is my chick.

I LOVE “DO IT!!!” Though it’s definitely not the best from Loose (That would be “In God’s Hands” and “All Good Things”, it’s still my favorite song from the album. It’s so much fun, and I can definitely relate to it. My only concern is that Nelly’s voice is drowned out from the beat. It’s not like she can’t sing, so I don’t know why Timbaland decided to have the drums so loud.
Eve is my favorite rapper (Amerie, Nelly F. and Kelis are my favorite singers) so Eve can do no wrong in my book. lol. I look forward to the album.
I didn’t bother to listen to the others. The only song I like from JE is “Wednesday Lover”, but, like most of you have already said, their other songs sound the same.
Kelly is talented, but not really that interesting. I liked “Stole”, though. Nonetheless, I hope her new album does great. She’s kind of an underdog. lol

Kelly song is hot.
And if Nelly F. is better than Kelly sum one come punch me right now cause she sounds ridiculous. She got Tim behind her so people just eat this horrible wining she calls singing up. Missy is played.
I liked JEHeartbreak and I love Gotta Be and Walked Outta Heaven with that said they need to evolve cause that slow drag ain’t where its at and they need to switch up their style. ASAP if they gone come out with a new album.

“Loose” isn’t Nelly’s best work. If you want to hear her really sing, buy “Folklore”.
…If you can find it, that is. It wasn’t a very big hit in America.
