Not really seeing where Jenny Lo is trying to go with this song. What’s funny is, it seems like something that would have been on Amerie’s Because I Love It for some reason. The song is just really funny because, well, she really just can’t sing a lick. This arrangement really requires and calls for a little bit of vocal ability that I just don’t think J. Lo can provide. This is the rumored single. We’ll see.

J. Holiday is definitely coming hard with “Bed” on the radio from his debut album, Back of My Lac, which has a tentative release date of October 2, according to poster snipes that I’ve seen all over polls here in Atlanta. I think that “Bed” definitely came at the right time, because it is more unique than any of the other material that I’ve heard from J. Holiday. This song is fun, but it doesn’t really strike me or hit as hard as “Bed” did.

I think that pretty much we have sort of gathered that the image they’re going with for Mr. Kingston is that of a boy that just can’t get any girls. Although it’s a very new approach, and it’s working, does anybody think there’s anything a little… pathetic about it besides me? I think it’s fun, and like I said, it’s a great new marketing approach, but it’s just funny to me, because of how they’re portraying him. “Got No Shorty” is fun, and it’s slated to be the second single from his debut album.

I’ve been eager to hear what else Chris Brown had in store for us on this new album, Exclusive. “Take U Down” is really jamming, because it has that sort of Prince-ish feel to it that I like. His voice sounds wonderful, it floats over this Underdog’s production very well. I’m actually excited about this album. If Chris can get over the sophomore slump, and make his way out of the woods safely, I’ll be glad. ‘Cause all the hype they gave him around his first album won’t be in vain.

Sean Kingston…………went ahead and listened to the whole album on MySpace, and was like eeehhhhhhh, its too immature and desperate and its seems like every song was produced by the same guy….
….Next…..J.Lo….the track does sound like something that would be on Amerie’s new album but J.Lo sounds horrid on this track, and it sounds like (according the lyrics), she’s tryna leave and she’s been poisoned and raped and gagged or something, garbage!
…Chris Brown….very “Princey”…good ear Brian. I like it though it also sounds a bit like “Promise” from Ciara. His voice is still to young Michael for me but I could bang this in the car.
…..Mr. J.Holiday, I haven’t been dissapointed so far from the track that I’ve have heard. This one is the weakest of the bunch but its not awful, I would skip over it on the album if I needed too. The track doesn’t do much for me. It kinda reminds me of a Musiq track if you ask me, I could definately see Musiq singing this on his album.

I just heard Prince’s new album “Planet Earth” and if you like old school Prince (not Erotic City-just old school in general) you’ll like it. Its not magnificent, but its a solid B+ you could get it on to a few of his tracks.
