What was the point of the Pimp C interview? At first I thought they were responses to specific questions, but he is mad at whole regions of folk.

OK that Ozone Magazine print interview did no justice to Pimp C - the actual interview shows the real deal. He made some very VALID and INTELLIGENT points.
Some people feel that if the person isn’t as articulate and grammatically correct - then what they are saying has no merit. All of his points in the interview have measure.

As far as his calling out names, like he said that’s his opinion,
and real talk…. most people on blogs say far worse about these same people and each other on the regular.

His bottom line is clear, if the artists don’t start to clean it up they will lose everything that they fought for…. Consider all the people and what would they be doing if this whole Hip Hop enterprise was shut down.

Pimp C is ignorant and jealous. Why else would a grown (old man) go on a radio station and call out Neyo and Russell Simmons. How does he know for sure if they are gay or less he messed with them or caught them in the act, which I doubt he has done. He’s simply a hater. Even if they were gay why do some of you on this site thinks it’s cool for him to be telling everyone, even if it is true who the hell really care. All we should care about is the Music and not about there personal life. Because all of us have things that we rather keep to ourselves and not have aired out by some jealous ignorant washed up has been.

His rationale as to why Georgia is not a southern state makes no since. Texas shares a timezone with Nebraska, so does that make Nabraska a southern state?
I used to live in Houston in 94-95, and I can remember it not being that southern. Everyone there thought they were from Cali. I hated it.
