Alicia Keys who is already stirring debate because of her new single “No One” is the new cover model for the lifestyle magazine, Vegas. Our ‘Hot or Not’ post with her new single got almost 300 comments from people who either loved or hated the song. Check it out if you haven’t.
Anyway, in the article Alicia discusses everything including how she feels about dating dudes in the industry heres a quote:

I have so much respect for Alicia. There are very few peole in the industry who stay true to who they who they REALLY are. She is a beautiful woman inside and out. Now THAT’s rare.
alicia looks great in the pics….although, i’m troubled by the ignorant comments made on this board… black folks are so quick to make our stars gay…. it’s a damn shame.
as for ak’s comment on “industry men”… maybe she’s seen some shyt first hand that no one here can attest to. …just ask a pro athlete how skanky broads throw themselves at them so easily… of course most red blooded american men are going to oblige… But, ak is old enough to know that unless your mate is a virgin, you will be on his “list”. …and it doesn’t matter if they are in the industry or not… a cop, banker, bus driver….all can be promiscious.
Alicia is not being “branded” a lesbian because of her statement. This particular statement is great. Personally I did not initially think she was gay, but she keeps denying it, and hating on gay people. …. goin out of her way, throughout her career. NOw that she’s been around for years, I see her “butch”, clearly. her mannerisms are dykey ( I am a lesbian so I can say that LOL). It is difficult to hide that. She got better at hiding it, and that is why she is making official statements now about how “rough” she was and how she sees why ppl thought she was gay. Sellout!
If it is no one’s business, SHUT UP! stop denying it, that makes people want to out you more.
personally, never been a fan, became on when i saw her Live Earth performance this summer, and now she lost me again. Her voice is harsh to me, as well as her personality.
