60. In order for you to bounce back into shape you have to at least walk 3 times a week while you are pregnant (25 – 45 minutes each walk). After you have the baby, you have to get into a routine almost immediately (especially the abs!). Work your way up to running. After you start running, you will be back to your normal weight, plus more curvy. Lastly, after having the baby…EAT RIGHT!!!! SALADS, FRUITS, WHOLE GRAINS!!!!
Even if you never have a child…do this to get back in shape!!!! Everyone can knock down 1 – 2 pounds weekly!!!!

Mel B has always been in shape which is why her stomach went right back in place after giving birth. I saw her on some special a few years back and she admitted to being a health freak. I doubt that she’s ever had lipo.
