With a new single produced by Polow Da Don, a video just being shot and a release date of October 16 being confirmed, I think it’s safe to say that Nicole is ready to stake her claim. Why, do you ask, is her album appropriately titled Her Name Is Nicole? Well, the lead Pussycat Doll was tired of being known as just that: the lead singer from the PCD, so in order to gain her own identity, she reintroduces herself to the industry that she’s worked in for so many years.
Her Name Is Nicole is a collaboration between herself and some of the hottest producers in the game today. With songs from The Neptunes, Polow Da Don, Ne-Yo, Akon, Will.I.Am (with whom she’s worked with before on the PCD project), and Timbaland, you can tell that budgeting definitely wasn’t a priority with Scherzinger’s project.
Its cool for what it is. I think her production is really playing on this making her sound like Fergie. I guess thats why all music and artist sound the same,no one is origional anymore,or has unique sound.
I think shes gonna defintly make it BIG TIME. Shes one of the very rare artists that look VERY attractive and have a VERY good voice. You go girl!

I like Nicole’s swagger and I think she’ll do well but this is weak to me. Her vocals are much stronger than this. Guess they did it for the young/pop crew that doesn’t seem to care about quality. T.I. is a good look though

I’m a fan of Nicole’s. I like this song, and I can see it getting a considerable amount of airplay, but it sounds a LOT like “Blindfold Me” from Kelis’ last album (Kelis Was Here).
Few may know this, but nicole can really sing. I’ve been watching her since pop stars, (enden crush) which many don’t even know about. I’m glads she’s getting the recognition, that is way over due. Love UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
She has alot of sex appeal. She is lacking in the vocals. Thank goodness she has all these great producers, hopefully the beats will make up for that voice. If she does find any type of sucess it prob won’t last long.

It was when Jamie was afraid to fly on the plane and he was hitting on this girl (Nicole). He thought she was perfect until she opened her mouth and said she was a Witch and was going to bring the plane down with her powers.
Yeah and she was in Eden’s Crush too…you know Fergie in Wild Orchid….yeah them hoes are all old….lol.
Nicole can sing way better than this song or most PCD songs show. For those that think she can’t sing listen to some of her other songs and collabs like “Feelin’ Good” (a PCD song, but she’s literally the only one singing on it), “You Are My Miracle”, “Breakfast in Bed” or “I’ll Be Your Love”. This song does nothing for her.

#19, that was actually Wanda Sykes old show “Wanda At Large”. Wanda was going on a romantic ski trip with her boyfriend and all her co-workers ended up coming along. Wanda’s boyfriend was the one that was afraid to fly and her friend was the one hitting on Nicole. She told him she was a witch going to fight evil in Vermont or something to that effect.
I only remember that because TV One replayed the episode a couple of months ago.

I think she’s going to do well. I’ve heard two tracks from her so far and their fire. She can sing and dance her ass off and command the stage. Even though she’s pulling a “Joss Stone”, I can’t be mad at her. She’s really determined to make it.
