I meant body wise but face wise it’s off and on for me…sometimes I see him and go mmmm he’s fine all over and sometimes not….kinda like this thing I got with Jim Jones (who is nowhere near darkskin) …… I think India Arie is gorgeous …. I used to think Alek Wek was ugly but my mind changed about her.

i think people went so craxy about alica keys beacuse that song falling was so hypnotic it just took off not a color issue with her and india. and the same with beyonce. I think still some of those old ways of paper bags test and good hair is still in us no matter how much we try to act like it not.
i think they mintue we call djimon tooo black we need to retrain our minds because all of us were that color until we our people were raped back in the day. @64…It was and is still a color issue in entertainment. The year that both Alicia and India were nominated for like 7 grammies each, Alicia won all of them…her album was good, but not better than India’s, which I think most people will agree with. Yes Falling was a good song, but India’s entire album was the shyt!!! Alicia (a true talent), Beyonce and Riyanna are experiencing much crossover success because of their looks…they are less threatening to whites. And Beyonce and Riyanna are straight up pop not R & B…
Now…in regards to Djimon….good lawd almighty this man is fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boris Kodjoe looks better than this guy to me. And it’s NOT because this guy is dark skinned, I just prefer Boris’ look.
And I agree, if this was dark skinned sister, a lot of black folks would say terrible stuff about her. FYI, I find Kelly Rowland, Nicole Wray and Ki Toy Johnson hotter than Beyonce and Rihanna.
