a platinum album does not = singing talent. People need to recognize the difference between people who can sing, sing and entertain, and JUST ENTERTAIN i.e., dance, look pretty, shoot of fireworks etc LIKE JELLO. Back in the day I went to Keith Sweat concerts…..not ashamed to admit it. I went because he could ENTERTAIN, not because he could sing! That’s why Britney blew up because she can entertain, not because she can sing.
