Serena Williams, her mom/coach Oracene Price and her sister and stylist (not pictured) strolled Madison Avenue yesterday after getting massages and having their nails done at DanVie Nails and Spa on Madison. Earlier they all lunched with friends at Nello’s. Looking good Serena!
Lil’ Kim was pulled over Thursday afternoon in Manhattan when she was driving a new Lamborghini without license plates or a driver’s license on her, police said. The rapper stated that the car was a gift from her boyfriend (Could it be Ray-J??) and everything was legit. Listen to the audio below for more info.
Lil Kim celebrated her birthday last month and as we told you in another round up a few weeks ago, Ray J surprised her with 20,000 dollars worth of gifts. The “couple” have been seen at random events recently, so could he be the boyfriend she is referring to? Who knows, I just hope that sex tape rumor isn’t true! On to the rest of the round up!
This week’s spotlight goes to the boho-urban label AquaPoni. Started by Theresa Michelle and Kelli Marie of Los Angeles, AquaPoni delivers a innovative appeal to the hoodie and apparel game with vintage pieces combined to make modern styles for both women and men:

I get quite a few emails asking about what exactly a celebrity is wearing, and wear they can find it. So once in a while, I’ll take time to do posts on items seen on stars that you can buy right in the privacy of your own home…
We have received a number of emails asking about this jumper Alicia Keys was seen wearing last week. You can buy the Elephant Bell Jumper over at GoodBadUglyNYC.COM in a variety of colors and you’re just in luck, it’s on sale…
Check out the video for Chris brown’s “Kiss Kiss” that features T-Pain. “Kiss Kiss” is the second single off his pushed back album “Exclusive” set for release October 30th.
Not feeling any of this new material but, he is one good performer…
Crazy Britney Spears is back with her new single, “Gimme More,” produced by Nate “Danjahandz” Hills, who has been responsible for large contributions to Nelly Furtado’s Loose and Justin Timberlake’s FutureSex/LoveSounds. From what I’ve heard about Britney’s project, the vast majority of the material will sound like this - sexy, pop, techno Euro-influenced dance beats that require little-to-no vocal ability. I’m eager to hear what else Britney’s got in store for us this time around. I know that she’s worked with The Clutch, as well as Danjahandz. I’m just waiting to see what Britney’s going to come back looking like.
Heard that rumor about her opening or closing the VMA’s this year? Be afraid. Be very afraid…
Keyshia Cole - Shoulda Let You Go (full) - listen
Even though we posted this in the Hot or Not section of our site, I’m posting this again because that was a radio rip, and this is a CD quality version of the song. It has actually grown on me a lot, since listening to it a couple of times. I still want Keyshia to find some versatility with her topics. I think that this new album, Just Like You is going to be a good look for her, though. I’m pretty excited to hear the rest of the material, considering the people she’s working with.
Razah - Rain (full) - listen
We did another Hot or Not post about this young man not too long ago, with his single, featuring Rihanna. Even though I wasn’t digging it, I think I like this song a little better. There’s nothing spectacular about his voice or even the production, it’s nothing to write home about. But I don’t hate it. It’s nice a background music for something. Just not something I’m jumping out of my seat about. I’m glad he’s got other material coming out though.
