After going through more emails here are the 4th round picks for the Concrete Loop Kelly Rowland look-a-like contest! Congrats to BRITTANY, JESSICA, and ROBIN for making it this far. Also congrats to JAI, winner of the third round!
This is the 4th voting round, which means whomever wins this round goes on to the final voting round. The CL Crew will pick the grand prize winner and that person will win:
A FLY AWAY TRIP TO MEET KELLY ROWLAND!

Anyway, make sure you put your vote in. This round ends August 8th @ 10 pm EST. Runner-ups will get prizes as noted on the contest page.
