The R.Kelly trial is set to start Septembber 17th and word is the the girl who was featured in that infamous tape is going to take the stand in R.Kelly’s defense.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the young woman, who’s father played bass for Kelly and who the singer refers to as his “goddaughter” in the liner notes of his TP2.com album, will turn 23 this September. She is set to take the stand and testify that she is in fact not the girl in the infamous video tape.

MAN MAY HAVE DIED FROM HEART ATTACK, NOT DOG BITES
The man who allegedly died in a vicious dog attack at the home of actor Ving Rhames was identified Saturday as 40-year-old Los Angeles resident Jacob Adams. The exact cause of death, however, may not have been due to the actual dog bites.
Word is, Adams may have died of heart failure during the attack, coroner’s officials said Friday.
There’s no doubt he was attacked by the dogs,” said Los Angeles Police Department Lt. Ray Lombardo. “Whether or not the coroner can determine that the mauling actually caused the death, or the mauling contributed to him having a heart attack, that’s a decision the coroner will have to determine.”

I read somewhere that the judge in the case was sick or something and they wanted to wait until he was well enough to preside over the case. I remember thinking “Is he the only judge in that district?”

All the prosecutors have to do is compare the background of his house with the background shown in the video tape. As far as the R. Kelly situation, the girl and her parents have ALWAYS denied that it was her in the video. It was her aunt who after seeing the tape went to the authorities. It has been reported that the mother and father not only knew about
their daughter and R. Kelly’s sexual relationship, but also approved [pimped] it.
They have succeeded so far in doing what they intended to do, and that is to draw out the case long enough so that the ‘woman’ who will appear in court will look nothing like the little girl in the video.
He probably will walk away from this court case, but if he is truly guilty of this, hell will not be hot enough for him.
