D’Angelo pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence last week in VA and the photo above was supposedly taken right when he was arriving at court. He sure don’t look like himself anymore. Come on D’Angelo we need ya back! ON TO THE ROUND UP!
MIKE VICK TIED TO Al Qaeda??

Mike Vick can’t catch a break for nothing. As if his felony dog fighting charges didn’t bring enough drama now he is being tied to Al Qaeda. Yes, you read that right.
Jonathan Lee Riches filed the handwritten complaint over “theft and abuse of my animals” on July 23 in the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va.
Riches alleges that Vick stole two white mixed pit bull dogs from his home in Holiday, Fla., and used them for dogfighting operations in Richmond, Va. The complaint goes on to allege that Vick sold the dogs on eBay and “used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government.”
The complaint also alleges that Vick would need those missiles because he pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda in February of this year. [SOURCE]
This story is being reported by Fox News and we all know they report a bunch of BS, but damn a brother can’t catch a break. He should have cut all his ties from home once he made it big. His so-called friends got plea deals and are now testifying against him in court. Ain’t that a bitch?
RUTGERS BBALL PLAYER TO SUE IMUS

Did you think the whole “Nappy Headed Hoes” controversy was over? Think again. Kia Vaughn from the Rutgers Women’s Basketball team is hitting the Crypt Keeper with a libel, slander and defamation lawsuit.
Kia Vaughn, star center for the Rutgers Women’s Basketball team, has filed a lawsuit against Imus for libel, slander and defamation — the first civil suit to be filed against the former radio host. Vaughn is asking for monetary damages of an unspecified amount.
“This is a lawsuit in order to restore the good name and reputation of my client, Kia Vaughn,” said her attorney, Richard Ancowitz, in an exclusive interview with the ABC News Law & Justice Unit. [SOURCE]
What do y’all think? Is this lawsuit justified?

LEAVE DON IMUS ALONE, DAMN
Wow I no longer wana tell him how it feels, how come black people are the only ones that dont know dog fighting is illegal haha I didnt know either! The whole damn team should sue and I’m so disgusted his ass is back on the air!
Damnnnn, D’angelo let himself go!
Tired of hearin about the Michael Vick drama
Smh, this girl needs to let it go, now she truly looks money-hungry… yes what Imus said was wrong but why wait till now to sue, I mean the guy has been fired anyway!
Haa Haa D Angleo Karma is a bitch ~Ya’ didn’t want to be with Angie, and who wants to be with you now????
Ummm the Mike Vick story is getting ridiculous now
we gone pray on this one
i didnt even recognize him
D’Angelo was my fav fastasy man. That voice, those lips, that body. But now look at him, I’m hurt!! He was so sexy. I still bump his VooDoo album. “Fuck the slice, I want the pie”…I guess D wanted the whole damn bakery, shit!
This is a heart-felt prayer. I pray that Michael D’Angelo Archer gets his shit together. I pray he writes and records another Grammy-winning album. I pray he apologizes to Miss Angie and she can find it in her heart to forgive him. Amen. Seriously.
Now the man tied to Al Queda This smells like horse SH&I*T I know he can’t possibly be that dumb.
Why did the Team wait so late to file suit? It’s not a good look esp. when America now knows the man is worth Millions upon Millions. It just outshines the principle in the matter there are just some things you can’t place a dollar sign on.
Angie see girl you didn’t miss anything because he is tore up! Be glad you called Tyrone.
thats what happens when one aged
Okay the low down on the Mike Vick situation, some idiot ass dude locked up for 10 years for fraud and for filing frivilous lawsuits, is the nut who filed this suit, along with another suit claiming Barry Bonds among other things sold steroids to nuns, and conspired with Bud Selig (Baseball Commissioner) to used steroids to boost ratings, he is suing Mr Bonds for 42 million dollars, once again a certified nut, you can see the mugshot of this certified idiot @ THESMOKINGGUN.COM he looks really crazy.
#1 D’angelo – Yeah hes put on alot of weight.Hes huge compared to the first pic. I do wish that he would stop taking his God given talent for gramted and get back in the studio to record some new music. If he can stay out of trouble long enough to record music that is. P.S.While this is the largest I have seen him, if you recall his debut on the music scene he was always kinda chunky. He lost all that drastic weight and started working out, when he released the “How does it feel “video ,but he was not all that thin before then.
#2 Mike Vick-NEXT ( I dont like for people to put dogs up against other dogs to fight)but those other allegations seem strange and far fetched.Igues she doesnt have many real friends afterall:) Ots just open season on his azz these days.
#3 Don Imus is one ugly motherf*cker ,and he had the nerve to talk about the females players at Rutgers,LMAO Someone give that man a mirror, and Im not talking about a magic mirror.
I know D”Angelo looks a hot mess but people dont remember when he came out with Brown Sugar he was a big guy.
Dam D’Angelo look groos ugh!
Dam D’Angelo look gross ugh!
Vick ain’t tied to no damn AL QAEDA.
I think the girl’s lawsuit is justified but it almost don’t seem like it now because it’s late as hell.
I’m drooling at the 2000 D’ Angelo……get your life together man.
Y’all made me cry with that D’Angelo pic
I don’t really care how D’Angelo looks as long as his music is still good.
He has gotten big though.
And the lawsuit is a waste of time. She should have just raised her head and kept it movin’. Now she looks like an opportunist.
d’angleo… you’ve changed brotha…
and
Imus – WHAT THE FUCK U UGLY AS FUCK DAMN!!!
wow…look at d’angelo lookin like freeway!!
Oh lawd…..on the Don Imus thing – those girls just need to let that sh** go. You live in America people (hello?). Yeah, what he said was wrong, but there is a thing called freedom of speech, and just because someone called you a nappy headed hoe, that doesn’t mean you are a nappy headed hoe. Didn’t their parents teach them that if it’s not your name – don’t answer to it? Come on now, this is getting ridiculous. The that fact that they are still harping on that when there is so much more important things to worry about like the impending presidential election in the states, global warming – you know – shi** that’s gonna truly effect the lives of Americans, and the world….
This is just silly. People need to really wake up and realize that there are some people in this world that will never change, and the only person that you have any control over is yourself and the BEST thing you can do is be a ray of positivity in the midst of all the negativity. For better or worst, you live in a free country, and with that comes the fact that your rights are supposed to be protected, no matter how insensitive or lowly of a person you are, or what your religion is etc.. but people wanna always have the rules bent when they don’t like or agree with what someone else is doing or saying. I can understand (to an extent) why they would wanna sue for defamation and slander, but really it’s not like anyone BELIEVED OR AGREED with what don Imus had to say (except other racist, and those people always felt that way, so there isn’t anything that can be done about that) so really there should be no reason why this thing should still being pursued. Hate only begets more hate…..and I think the best thing that they can do is let that crap go, and continue on the road to becoming successful black women, with whatever they choose to pursue in life. no one should ever let someone else define who they are, and by continuing to dwell on that incident, they are not focusing their energy on more important things. Come on black people – get it together!
D`Angelo looks like he just stopped working out maniacally lol I don’t want to call the man names cause he did, at least, fall off…some people can never get on???? All he has to do is hit the gym and stop all that drinking and he’ll be okay, men have ridiculous metabolisms.
are u fucking taking the piss that D’angelo, i thought that was rick ross, you gotta be kidding me lmaoooooooooo
DAMN that mofo been eating GOOD! lol
he looks so damn different!
He use to be SO fine back in the days!
She done worked a root, root, rooot …… took his shield and sword….
If she is gonna sue, she may as well sue DL Hughley too. Imus was wrong. But she was not defamed. She was just called out of her name… just like women are in songs playing on the radio. She just trying to get some money. Let it go.
Kia sue the pants off of Imus. If white people do it, why can’t black people do it too.
Its called defamation of character. Please study law and you’ll realize she and the other basketball players have a chance of winning this.
OH MY!! D’Angelo is sexy!!! He looks even better now, than before. I would love to see him shirtless with his new “thicker” build. I am over here in heat looking at that 2007 photo. His older photo doesn’t do anything for me.
omg, that can’t be d’angelo damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
look at don imus’s hair and eyebrows, he’s clearly a fuckin; nut. lol
Yes, she should sue, not only that, but I hope she wins.
‘Hell has no fury like a woman scorned”. Some people on this site sound as thou they are speaking against Kia because they think that’s what other want to hear. Others seem as though they don’t think she’s worthy to be rewarded probably because she’s black, as if this type of lawsuit is only reserve for white women, I’ve got news, they’re not the only ones who have images and reputations to defame. Some or you just don’t care about the black women struggle, never have, never will. Black men and women can be the biggests self haters.
A lot of the rationalizations are just not lining up with the facts. Imus filed a lawsuit because he felt he was wronged, why shouldn’t she? wasn’t she wronged also?
Wasn’t she and the Rutger women’s basketball team members minding there own business when Imus bullied them and picked this fight. I don’t know where the leather-faced, morally corrupt, chauvinist in his bliss of ignorance, got the idea it would be cute to infringe upon the celebration of the biggest accomplishment of these ladies entire careers, but it was a bad move. I don’t think he would have tried that with a male basketball team.
The argument of some that she waited until Imus won his suit against CBS, doesn’t hold up, she is still well within her right, and as far as her lawsuit costing the school its reputation, as some have suggested , I think it will have little to no effect on it. It will survive, the entities are not the same. And I am tired of the excuse, that it was just a joke, as the phrase goes, “The truest things are said in jest”. And you can say “get over it” all you want, but at this point, it looks like that is just not going to happen, and rightfully so .The impact of his attack on a certain populace of women has not lessen as much as some of you would like to believe. Once you’ve been publicly humiliated, it never goes away, now Imus has to face the consequences.
Imus should not be returning to the airways. Yes he was fired, but the fact that he is coming back undoes his pentanlty, he is redeem to continue with the same contaminated spewing that caused him to lose his job in the first place. These women tried to be the bigger person through all of this, evident in the fact that they avoided the spotlight, and didn’t speak any further on the subject. Now they see their offender prepare to revert back to broadcasting after receiving a twenty million dollars, four month, paid VACATION. He is ready to resume business as usual as if nothing ever happend. While these young ladies legacy will remain one of universal ridicule and taunts of NHHs everywhere they turn on a daily bases, as they become the laughingstock comedian’s jokes and bloggers drop the phrase as freely as they wish. Suddenly they see and hear people debating their beauty, some are nasty enough to say they don’t even look like women, (which I disagree with) , they are very much so strong women who would have to be deaf and blind not be aware of what has been happening since they were unjustifiably placed in the middle of this controversy. They didn’t deserve this criticism because they did nothing to warrant it. All this crap about “it happend a long time ago” does not change the fact that its a never ending public mockery for them. The words NHH have become common language since it was attributed to describe The Rutgers Women’s Basketball Team, thanks to Imus. Everytime its used, it represents a good source of proof that legitimizes her claim. The slogan will forever be synonymous with these Rutgers Women
This lawsuit against him is true, valid and just. MSNBC, NBC Universal, CBS Radio, CBS Corp., Viacom Inc., Westwood One Radio and Imus’ producer Bernard McGuirk should also be held accountable since they made his actions possible with their help and permission. I think she will prevail.
.
Most females I know of whom the NHH phrase was not even directed towards, express a strong dislike for the usage of these words, I can only imagine the degree of stigma and degradation of which Kia and the rest of the women on that team must experience everytime they hear it. I’m done.
Yes, she should sue, not only that, but I hope she wins.

The guy (Mike V) was gifted and blessed with his talents then made the mistake that way too frequently is made by others….they think they are a higher class “lengend in their own minds” special elite individuals that don’t have to answer to society acceptable behaviors. It is a slap in the face to all (black, white, pink, whoever) that have to struggle to work their ass off just to put food on the table and a roll of toilet paper in the john. They need to sweet their ass to make $10 an hour not $10k an hour and then perhaps they might gain a little character building.
That Rutger gal suing Don Imus is just stupid. If she wanted her normal life, why did she go on Oprah? Why was her face plastered all over the damn place. No one made her do that. She made her own life un-normal. It makes me sick to see another “advantage “taker. This has nothing to do with being called a “ho”. It’s about a un-honest person looking for a freebie. She should be sued for stupidity!
Stop triping off D angelo I think he looks like a real man now. Hes a great singer and looks great.
