Even though 50 Cent has been bombarding us with new videos these past weeks, I have to say I kinda like his latest effort. Robin does his smooth thing and 50 pulled in Dustin Hoffman, Elise Neal, & Paula Jai Parker for cameos. I guess this is better than that Timberlake one. 50 Cent’s third album, Curtis is set to hit stores September 11th.

Humm… I kinda like da song, i mean, i really like it! I love the smoothness of the beat and the voice of Robin Thicke over it makes it a really good song to listen to relax. It’s a good collabo in my opinion. Go 50 Cent!!
You can kinda see that the video was leaked, it looks a little unedited and the clarity of the image also makes it seem like it wasn’t ready to be out yet.
But we never know, like Angel mentioned, it could be a little publicity stunt to get more attention for his upcoming album. We’ll see what happens next…

And could you folks please retire the word “HATE”? LOL! I don’t care what word you use in its place, but people on the Internet have beaten that word into the ground. I can’t speak for everyone but if you read between the lines of my comments you can see i’m only half serious (not that I care if someone thinks i’m a hater or not). While I do realize some people do come here to “hate”, why does the word have to be used so loosely? Like I said in the J. Lo post, the HYPOCRICY on the Internet kills me, because some of the same screen names that call people HATERS in some posts are in another post “HATING” on the next person (whether it be celeb or not). Wtf is wrong with 50. He gone way to soulful, i miss all the aggressiveness n rawness from ‘Get Rich or Die Trying’ and ‘The Massacre’. He releasing way too many joints from the album and yet again a Timbabland produced track is the only one im feelin so far from the album. The theme for the video is beyond me and the production is whack. Thank Robin Thicke and Paula Jai for being the only points of entertainment.

I think the track and concept are tight. His lyrics are offensive, but at least it’s different from what’s out now. But I also wanted to say how disappointing it is that we as a people “hate” each other. I visit “white” blogs and the majority of their complaints are about the actions of the person or their situation, not a personal attack. We call each other “nigga”, “gorilla” and other awful names. It is a sign of self-hatred that we have for ourselves that we have been taught since our foreparent’s days in the field. I’m not saying some folks don’t favor zoo animals or such, but don’t air our dirty laundry in public to give “them” ammunition and confirmation that we are not better than 1/4 of a human being!
