For this edition of Who Rock’d It Better we have Ciara & Rihanna. These popular singers were spotted wearing a similar black dress to recent events.
Ciara rock’d it first during a taping of ‘BET’s Rip The Runway’ back in April. Whereas, Rihanna rock’d it at Chris Brown’s album release party a couple of months later. As always, WHO ROCK’D IT BETTER?

ciara, because her legs are longer and she had on the better shoes. & everyone knows the shoes make the outfit.
I think Rihanna did it justice..Something about Ciara’s body..It makes her look like she should just stick to muscle shirts and baggy pants…
Ciara and Rhianna looks nice, but I am going with Rhianna on this one. Ciara’s legs are kinda long, and it makes the dress look like it’s too small. But Ciara’s shoes looks better with the dress. This was a tough one!

Rhianna definately rocked it better. Ciara’s shoulders are too broad to pull of that look as well as RiRi!
The glare from Rihanna’s forehead made me click on Ciara as the winner…but I finally see this whole “broad shoulders” thing everyone is talking about now…it’s not that big of a deal…she can just cover them up….

Ciara’s dress is slightly different around the neck…but I agree with the person that said the dress is boring…but since I have to chose I would say it looks better on Rhianna from the waist up; and Ciara from the waist down.

Rihanna’s shoes are nicer, if anything.
Rihanna, her shoes make the dress look more grown and sexy.
Whereas Ciara is rocking the “weekend chunks”, which kinda lessens the effect of sexiness that the dress could and does give off.
I voted for CIARA, since she has longer legs & thats just super sexy in itself (I have to give her props. Us tall sistahs have to stick together)…lol.
Rihanna looks cute too in the dress, but Ciara has those legs. I love Rihannas shoes though…my goodness, if I had those in my closet. They bring the dress out totally, makes the black pop!

I think it’s a bad shot. I’ve seen Ciara give much confidence in her girly clothes.

Rihanna did, because I don’t enjoy seeing men wearing dressing.
I don’t know but Ciara always looked half baked. I mean she never really rocks anything….EVER…She has no sense of style and she doesnt wear the clothes, they wear her..
Ri on the other hand looks nice most of the time, she has stepped up her game a great deal b/c when she first came out she was in deep need of a stylist.

Sometimes these who rocked it better pictures aren’t the best pictures. The microphone in front of Ciara’s face is preventing people from seeing how pretty her face is in other words that is not a good picture. I personally think the dress is ugly.

i picked ciara. she has the better legs of the two. plus riri’s shoes don’t stand out. whn you wear a black dress your shoes should stand out somehow or you’ll look bland. i’m not a huge fan of cici’s shoes but they stand out so i take notice to her outfit. besides cici is prettier so she looks better overall
I think a person has to have a nice personality as well as good looks. I have seen Ciara on Bet and she seems very down to earth. Rhianna this chick with the bob seems very conceited and stuck-up. A person has to have both looks and a nice personality if you don’t have looks then be nice. Everyone was wondering how 50cent and Ciara ended up together, I think maybe he treats he really nice. He’s handsome nice body and maybe he treats her nice, so everyone overlooked the fact that he is older. I have dated some men who are nice to look at, with no personality, very stuck-up. Dare I say I’m a very attractive person and down to earth so when you date a man who has nothing to offer but looks it won’t work, because he will be to busy thinking he’s better and cheating. Rhianna and her bob haircut need to stop trying to steal Beyonce’s man and trying to steal her dance moves and she can’t sing so just trying to steal Beyonce’s life.

boring dress, but Rihanna shoes put it on. Ciara shoe game is always off for some reason. I never like her shoes, blocks shoes are not sexy.
