Beyonce stirs debate yet again //
Believe it or not, Beyonce has stirred up more debate across the internet again. The singer who was recently interviewed by Latina Magazine, spoke on her cross-over appeal, as well as her success with singing in Spanish.
When she was asked a question about her Latina fans, Beyonce responded with a comment that is sure to cause some drama around her camp. Read on:
Latina: What’s one thing that you’d like to tell your Latina fans?
Beyonce: I would thank them for embracing me. I did radio (promotions) this morning for hours and hours and I noticed a big difference between speaking to all of the Latino stations and speaking to the pop stations or the other stations. With the Latino stations, there was so much love and everyone is so genuine. I’m just jealous that I wasn’t born Latina. I wish I had been because the culture is so beautiful. I hate to be blunt, but you can’t be that popular and consistently be unable to give a proper interview. She really needs to take some classes in public speaking, ASAP! Also, I would have to agree with Brown Sista and say Beyonce was probably doing some “butt-kissing” and it just came out wrong. Now, let’s see how this new “b-drama” is going to unfold.

Honestly, this topic seems to have taken on a new life… There are, if you look, subsurface revelations far more interesting than her opportunistic illiterate banter… Many people have come into this topic, claiming to be of mixed heritage…lol It’s as if it’s this tag of superiority attached to it. Get someone to teach you and help you do an interview so that while kissing the azz of one group of people, you don’t piss off a whole ‘nother group of people. First and foremost, Cha Cha, Salsa, and Rhumba have Afro Cuban roots. Samba has African roots that came to Brazil by way of the African descendents there. So there is an very strong African influence dominating much of the Latino music industry even to this day. We as Black Americans need to watch less TV and read more on our world history so messages from the media cannot catch us off guard. We need to know where we as African descendents have roots, power, and influence so we can build on that. We especially need to greatly esteem our Black Inventors, Doctors, Certified Public Accountants, Entrepreneurs, etc. We esteem our Entertainers more than other successful Black men and women who are highly educated with degrees. We need to value a college education more so for reasons such as these. Education is vital, not optional.

There are Blacks, whites, mulattoes, even Asians JUST LIKE HERE IN AMERICA! You guys seem to be oblivious to the fact. These countries are not bound to just ONE RACE you dumb asses!
Just like there are Black AMERICANS, there are Black PUERTO RICANS, Black BRAZILIANS, Black Dominicans, even Black MEXICANS and so on and so forth…
