Ashanti is lookin sexy as hell! Even tho her thickness makes her look like she is as tall as lil kim, it still looks great on her. On to Alicia. I think she is a attractive girl, but I dont think she is one of the most beautiful girls in the industry. She has pretty hair (not because of the texture, but because in a sea of broken ends and moonwalking edges ,her hair looks healthy compared the Ciara’s Beyonce’s Rihanna’s Kelly Rowlands, etc.
And whoever said Proactive does not work is trippin. Just say it didnt work for you. Maybe you needed something stronger than an over the counter product. I had mild breakouts and it helped me and quite a few of my friends. Proactive and crest white strips are a must try. If it doesnt work for you then you just may need a prescription.

Just goes to show what make-up does…I am part of the 25% of African-American women that does NOT wear make-up…I thank Oprah for that. Seeing what she looked like without it…made me never wanna wear it! (honest!)

I don’t think that number is accurate…I’m sure it’s a lot more than 25%…Honestly, only two of the women I’ve known as friends in my lifetime have worn makeup… I say it that way, because I’m talking my entire life!! One of them wore it, and not often, because she was going through puberty and suffering with acne. The other one, wore it because she was a loon…and after I got to know her well enough, I suggest a bronzer…and she switched to that, which only gave her skin a sun-kissed look…
I said all this because it’s a blessing of ours, women of color, we have great skin… My Mom doesn’t have wrinkles, my Granny didn’t… I get compliments on my skin almost daily… All a black woman has to do is moisturize…we don’t need tons of makeup…
I hate to say this, but usually when you see a black woman with a cake-face, she’s doing it to create the illusion of a different skin tone…
