from what i heard i like j holiday, hopefully he will emerge and shine through all of these male artist. someone mentioned earlier trey songz, who i think is very underated, because he writes his music, but it seems like he never caught on and blew up, but maybe he needs that one hot single , then people would give him a chance. i think j holiday can bring it, but save r&b one artist can save what has been polluting the airwaves. I think the same formula of rapper “club banger” is tired and played out let’s show some originality and ballads,soul,love, and etc. overall, good luck to any artist in this music business who has talent and can hustle and a good marketing team. Some people said he should get a stylist, but I mean what a button down and jeans? that’s what all these r&b cats wear so let him be himself and not a “clone.”
