I don’t really like either. I think this is good for Hip-hop though, this little competition they got going. However, I think hype far exceeds the talent of these artists. They both have their moments, but I just find it hard to believe that people are throwing around “classic” every time they like a fucking album. Neither of these albums are classic.

I like Kanye and cant stand 50, end of story. Its not because of CL either because I could care less about what their opinion is. But I feel that Kanye is so much more original than most artists out today. I can respect the fact that 50 did play the industray and became a multi millionaire, but I dont respect him as a person. I think his music is lame and cliche (even though I am a lil wayne fan at least he switches it up lyrically). 50’s entire persona is just hard to believe. At least Kanye puts it out there when its necessary and unecessary. You gotta respect his ability to be bold and take risks. I have Kanye’s album and I like it a lot.There may be one or two songs I don’t like but I like majority of the record. I like 50’s business savviness more than his music. I think I was the only one who didn’t care for the” In da Club” song. But he seem like a cool and honest dude during his interviews. He’s a lil controversial but the stuff he says be the truth for the most part…even if some of us don’t want to hear it. I like Kanye too and I like the freshness of his music. It’s a 80 sound that I didn’t know I missed until he brought it back. Rap can get a lil boring with people talking about the same thing (cars, women, drugs, blah blah blah). I hope they both do good. I don’t wish misfortune on anyone. They both grinding and trying to make an honest living. Got to respect that.

To #5, mannn are you crazy. CL aint lyin, 50s album is weak as hell. I like two songs on there and they are that all the way to the bank and that I get money joint. The rest sounds like a pop album. Th ewhole album sounds like that same shit from previous albums and he’s talkin bout the same shit tat he doens’t reallt do. Basically I hit nextg on every song after listening for 15 seconds. Kanye’s album on the other hand can be played all the way through will listining to a majority of the tracks 2 times in a row.

These comments are for everybody on CL regarding the constant hatred towards anything Fifty Cent. Forget it I’m wasting my breath but no I have to speak on it cuz I’ve heard the whole Kanye album and in agreement with some of the honest ones on here. It’s pretty boring. This is not to say the album is not good. It’s good but boring at times.

I hope all of you can be objective in your views and not blatantly write off such a music making talent as 50 is.
