Just to clear one thing up. Kanye’s suite party was the only party that was not live! His party was thrown on the Friday before the VMAs. Also, his suite is the largest and most expensive suite at The Palms. I just think that he would have been mad no matter what, unless he got every award he was nominated for. I think that if he got a smaller suite, like the Celebrity Suite that FOB got, he would have complained, why didn’t he get a larger suite.
I think that he was right about Britney opening, but MTV is looking for ratings and having Brit open would bring more attention.

No one will probably read this post but my best friend works for MTV and has a HUGE role in the making and creation of the award shows on MTV ( I don’t want to say her title `cause I don’t wanna get her in trouble in case some one actually does read this LOLOL) She said that they actually have meetings about how to stir up controversy at the shows, esp. the VMA’s. They knew Britney was going to do bad. She specifically asked not to be put on before Sarah Silverman b/c she saw how she ripped in to Paris at the Movie Awards. They said they wouldn’ t do it and went against their word. Not only did they put Silverman on after Britney, they put Britney in the vicinity of Silverman to hear her jokes. With Kayne they knew he would through a hissy fit so they told him he would perform on the main stage and then at the last minute they changed their minds, hence the “convenient” video tape of the outburst.

I understand some comments but it’s hard to really judge a situation until you have the whole facts. Sure Ye looked like a big cry baby, but why and why were cameras there at that exact moment to capture the whole incident. Britney was just plain horrible, she is a professional and should have delivered more, shoot Beyonce fell down a flight of steps got back up and did the damn thing, so there is no excuse but MTV did exploit her as well.
