For this special edition of Who Rock’d It Better we have Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu. Both ladies have a very eclectic styles and it was just a matter of time before they rock’d something similar. Both were seen rocking Beatles inspired wigs at recent events.
First up, Lauryn Hill at the 2005 BET Awards, where she performed on stage with the Fugees. Erykah Badu rock’d hers on Thursday night in Chicago at the Heineken Red Star Soul concert. Who Rock’d The Wig Better?

Ha, I knew C. Loop would post this. My sister showed me this photo earlier today and said: Badu’s rockin’ Lauryn’s wig. I thought that was so funny. I laughed when I saw the photo of Badu. It seems to me Badu wants to be back in the days of segregation and civil rights … it’s like she is trying to conjure up that feeling in people. If that is what she is trying to do, then the wig isn’t that bad — BUT if she really wore this wig as a fashion statement — NO! NO! NO! It doesn’t look as if she attempted to try to make it look “real.” The only reason for someone to put on this nonsense of a wig is that their own hair is shit beneath it.
