(UPDATED AGAIN) DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER CAUGHT USING RACIAL SLURS
Wednesday, October 31, 2007

**Adult language** SNIPPET OF SOME OF HIS RACIST COMMENTS. (via TMZ)
(UPDATE: NOV. 1) DOG ISSUED AN APOLOGY
Another “celebrity” is under fire for using the N-Word. According to audio tapes exclusively released by the National Enquirer, A&E reality star Duane “Dog” Chapman was caught on tape using racial slurs.
The Enquirer says they have two tapes of the Dog hurling insults at his son, Tucker, during an undated telephone conversation. It appears as if the Dog is concerned that Tucker’s girlfriend, Monique Shinnery, who is black, will set him up because of the language the Dog uses.
In the nearly eight minute long tape posted on the Enquirer’s website, Dog says the N word numerous times and demands that Tucker break up with Monique or he’ll be fired from the family bail bond business.
Word is Dog already contacted Rev. Al Sharpton hoping to explain the racist telephone call. Um, why does every white person in the world think that Al Sharpton is the official spokesmen for all black people? Too many questions not enough answers.

….ummm, huh?
First off:
WHAT? the n-word now is equivocal? it has multiple meanings? “no i don’t mean [n-word] because you’re black, but you know…i mean [n-word] because you’re black.”
second of all:
just because he used it in a different context, it makes the word less of a racial slur?
IT HAS & WILL ALWAYS BE A RACIAL SLUR! no matter how hard you try to flip it, son.
IT HAS HAD & WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME MEANING! no matter which way you try to flip it.
he’s such a dumbass. smh @ Southern white people. never will you learn & you have the audacity to call yourselves Christians.

Clearly, Dog is not the most educated person.
He’s confirmed my suspicions of being an illiterate redneck.
Why would any person of color be insulted by what a powerless person of low-brow has to say?
If Dog was in a position of power and his ignorance directly affected people of color, that’s another story.
Besides that… who cares?

I dont think there’s anything wrong with “Dog,” or anyone (whatever color) saying the word ‘nigger.’ I totally believe in free speech. That’s a major point, people say they are for our rights as Americans, but when somebody says something people dont like, there’s an uproar. Now people are calling him racist, or disgusting or whatever. The only thing is, “Dog” is a nationally known character, and because of the social stigma that surrounds the word ‘nigger,’ he’s gonna have a backlash of support.

I mean did you guys post when the white boy on Real World use the N word last year. There are plenty of racists statements on CL towards White people should we call the racist police for that. Al Sharpton IS NOT A REPRESENTATIVE FOR BLACK PEOPLE. I dont know why anyone thinks he can help with anything, because he cant. He is also a hipocrite. He’s running around talking about racial injustice and the lyrics of rap music, but I can show you numerous photos of him posing with rappers. He’s like an old, black, male Paris Hilton, he just wants to be seen in the media.

Yeah, America has free speech and people can say what they want. It works both ways, people who are appalled by this are free to complain and A&E are free to drop this trailer trash because of it.

# 35, I look at it like this. Everyone says things that they think are private. But this fool is making money off of folks watching his TV show. His TV show is his job. Now I can’t walk into my job saying stuff like, “You Cracker, trailer trash, red neck mutha so and so”. If I did, I would get fired.
So no matter if we all watch the show or not, no matter if we take offense to what he says or not, he needs to be busted. He needs to get fired. Because I would and you would for the same thing. Also, I honestly believe that someone who speaks like this, with so much hatred in just their words, does not stop at words only.

I used to watch his show until The National Enquirer alleged that some of his family members said that he was a racist several months ago. After finding that out, I could no longer watch him in good conscience. He is entitled to his own views, but I will not support him when I know what is really going on in his heart towards me and my people. He has now been truly exposed and it is up to the American people to respond.
By the way, when the Enquirer made the racist allegations, I e-mailed his website with my concerns regarding the allegations and of course did not hear back from him. It was at that time that I put him down. Some of his family members also allege that he is an undercover crack addict. The gig may be irreversibly up for him.

instead of worrying about having black people around so that the don’t catch him constantly using the n-word, why doesn’t his retarded redneck ass just eradicate the word from his and his family’s daily language? i mean why don’t they just call black people BLACK PEOPLE? because his ass is a racist, he knows it, and he doesn’t want to change it. he wants to hide it, which is the scariest thing about racism today. i mean if he knows enough to know that he could lose everything for using that slur to describe an entire race of people, then his dumb ass knows he shouldn’t be saying it all. i’m just mad that i felt sorry for him when he got arrested last year. he didn’t deserve my sympathy.
and al sharpton does not speak for me, so why do people treat him like he’s an emissary for all the black people? i mean what the hell? do white people have someone who represents their entire race? asians? hispanics?

It’s great we live in a country with “free speech.” (Though that’s debatable due to the fearmongering environment we now find ourselves in since 911). It’s great that we can use that horrible word if we choose to. It’s not great when ignorant stupid people use it…even the African American Community. The word “cracker” in no way has the same infuriating response and connotation as that repugnant “n” word. Hell, I get more pissed when I hear someone call someone else the “n” word than when someone calls me a “cracker”! When will we, as a society, ever get over our insecurities and accept everyone as being a f’ing human, different yes, but just as beautiful?! Sheesh!

I’m commenting because I watch his show on A & E, or should I say I used to watch his show. Dog’s hair extension wearing azz and his raggady pack of mutts can kiss my Black azz goodbye. I can’t believe I was pulling for this bigot when they had him extradited to Mexico. I should have known he was like this. Sometimes it seemed like he took almost a morbid sense of satisfaction in stepping on a fugitive’s next with his wore out cowboy boot while yelling “Shut up Mofo”.
His “explanation” about calling people the N word but not meaning it “like that” was beyond stupid.
And another thing, his wife Beth is the O. H. “Original Ham” . She must wear vintage bras from the 50’s because I didn’t think they made them like anymore. Here boobs look like 2 missiles.

What Dog said does’nt shock me at all. The “closet racist” sure are coming out this year! The main reason i’m posting is because a while back i was told about a site (I think it is BlackHistory.com) regarding the word “cracker”. On the site it said that a “cracker” was someone back during the time of Slavery who was good at using a whip! Hence the saying “cracker” as in the crack of a whip when it used. Just food for thought Black People. Try to stop using it. Peace and Love

As I get older it becomes more apparent that you truly cannot TRUST those people. Look at that, this guy who hides behind GOD and prays in a circle said that and I quote that we use the word “Ni**er* around here sometimes. So that means his son Tucker who is dating a black female says Nig*er HIMSELF. See what I mean. Those DEVILS cannot be TRUSTED. They steal black peoples history, they steal land from Aboriginals, they are trying HARD to convincence the world that AIDS started in Hatti when we all know that AIDS is a manufactured disease by them to KILL off Black people. To the blatino nikka:After reading your comment I am compelled to ask you this one question. If black people made it cool to jump off of a building. Would you follow? You would RIGHT! I know as black people we set the tone and trend in the hip hip industry. So you have justified that because blacks use the N word well then I guess it is okay for everyone to use it? This is an example of the mentality in America today. The N word is for blacks only, just like back in the days of segregation they had whites only washrooms, water fountains etc. Does that clear things up for you and everyone else on her that say “Well black people use it”. Understand what the word means. Do your due dilligency. Take a look at documented photos of in your face lynchings, read the story of emmet till and once you have soaked that all up then tell me if it is still cool.

ur right. there is “too many questions and not enough answers”
here’s one..
why is it that whenever a white celebrity makes a racist comment it’s a huge ordeal but black celebrities make racist comments too but that’s never a big deal? you don’t see them losing their jobs over it. black people always say white people are treated better and this and that but black people get away with much more. and why is it that CL only posts about when whites make racist comments but never post anything about all the shit that black celebs say about white people? i also think it’s funny how everyone’s jumping down his throat cuz he doesnt want his son to date a black women, but theres black ppl who dont want their children dating white ppl. it’s a 2 way street. and i’ve seen on this site PLENTY of times where ppl hate on Rihanna and other celebs cuz they date white men. is that all u guys see is race? i’ve been on other celeb blogs like perez and shit and they never make a big deal over that type of stuff.
im not racist and i think what he said was fucked up but im just stating my 2 cents.
and u can say that’s not true all u want but u all know deep down black ppl get away with a lot more shit when it comes to that.
71.

u know what.. i don’t even need an answer for this…
“why is it that CL only posts about when whites make racist comments but never post anything about all the shit that black celebs say about white people?”
cuz i already know..
ya’ll dont wanna post about when blacks make racist comments cuz u dont wanna make ur ppl look bad. its like u try to make it look like it’s just whites that are racists. like i said, it’s a 2 way street. thats the difference between CL and other major celeb blogs. u guys only post the postives about black ppl and the negatives about white ppl…

Thomian, i actually live in a predominantly black community. the majority of my friends are black but i dont see what that has to do with my comments on black celebs and CL being slightly biased. im not saying black ppl get away with more than whites in general.. but black people def. get away with more when it comes to making racist comments. if a black person called a white person a cracker it wouldnt be a big deal.. but when a white person calls a black person a ni**er.. it’s all over the news and jobs are being lost. stop being in denial and just accept it.

The one thing he feared came to fruition by his own doing, how sweet. That’s what he gets for trying to make his son stop dating his black girlfriend. White folks can’t stand it when their sons date black women but its okay for black men to date their daughters as long as they are rich and famous. White women are just as jealous when a prime white guy gets with a black woman, ie Whoopi and Ted Danson. We all know that if somebody said something about somebody being a f** he would hear from the gays like Isiah Washington.
Did you hear what he said about him not saying it in the way of a ni**** not having a soul. This goes to tell you that this word has so much demonizing connotations to it. I was told that white people for a long time believe that black people did not have souls as if to devalue us to likes of a dog!!! This was done to rationalize the horrible things they did to us so there won’t be any guilt. They was taught this as kids and they really believe it. So in their dumb minds, what does a biracial child have?, half a soul? It just goes to show how ridiculous and dumb hatred is.

a few words…
Al Sharpton is referred to because he is an elder in this fight of racism. Because the people who believe in him and follow him respond and react to this venomous conversation. David Banner’s grandmother needs to whip his ass with a young peach tree branch with the limbs braided together… stupid ass…!
Dog believe it or not is a man with power… and how does he have power… To use minorities to gain tv exposure and fame to his so called “crime fighting.” Its no different than cops because its a reality show. on Bowling for Columbine the exec. director gives the reason for exposing minorities in criminal situations….RATINGS.
Also readers beware of whats going on…the more and more they realize that there can be a minority or a woman in the white house the spread of racism and later on it will be sexism. it is being pumped out in the media (this situation, noose hangings, etc) dont let that railroad you or keep you off focus… get out and vote for control of the govt…look up jessie jackson jr admendment for education to be in the constitution
the fed govt, not the states, will equally fund the educational system given students EQUAL ACCESS TO FUNDS FOR EDUCATION..= FAIR PLAYING FIELD

I used to watch the show but havent since I heard that his own son stated (I think it was even said in past report he passed a lie detector or something like that) that his father was racist!Too bad he seemed like a genuinely nice person (on the show) who had compassion for all people regardless of race but guess he is just another redneck (which he,along with several of his family members look like, but I refrained from saying in past because didnt want to sterotype them by the way they look).lol
I guess he called Sharpton because he already know that Sharpton will hop on a story like this liek a fly on shyt.

I DONT CARE HOW YOU PRONOUNCE IT , OR TRY TO JUSTIFY IT ITS WRONG. WE DONT LIKE WHEN NON BLACK USE IT AND WE SHOULD NOT BE USING IT EITHER . Shame on some of you black people who are actually on this board pacifying the situation and saying that black people using the n word is the same as a white man in power saying it. And to whomever said black people get away with racist comments while white people dont, honestly who cares. It is only racism if the person hurling the insults is of power. And dont get it twisted, anyone with their own television show, has power. Not to mention, this man is a bounty hunter who has all the powers of the police. I agree with a previous poster that black people have become complacent with the fight for equality. There was a time when it was unheard of for a black person to defend a white person saying the n-word. Plus this new found “distancing” ourselves from al sharpton, jesse jackson, and others is highly stressing. I am not saying you have to agree with everything they say, but all of this public bashing and talk about turning on them while we do nothing makes me sick. This new way of thinking and speaking out loud just gives white people and racist more power because they know we are not in unison. We are not all on the same page, like some of our civil rights/baby boomer predecessors of the past. I feel our generation has truly dropped the ball.

“Just because a person uses the N word doesn’t mean they are racist” that’s laughable. So guess when cops call a person N***er while beating their ass, they’re saying it out of love, not because they’re racist. Another thing, Latinos are black too. Put an End to Capital Punishment In Missouri
Reggie is running out of time!
Governor Blunt just signed off to execute 10 people on deathrow in 2008 and Reginald Clemons in one of them.
You can email Governor Blunt at http://www.gov.mo.gov/constituentform.htm
Reggie’s Mom
In 1991, 2 young white teen girls went missing after visiting the abandoned Chain of Rocks Bridge in St. Louis MO, with their cousin. The cousin told the police an impossible tale: that the girls had been pushed from the bridge, but he was ordered to jump by an unknown assailant and survived the nearly 80-foot fall into strong currents with no injuries and dry hair. The police were naturally skeptical of his account, within hours, he confessed to killing the girls.
Yet this man, who is white, has never spent a day in jail. Instead, the police arrested four local youths who were also on the bridge that night. Three of the young men, all African-American, received the death sentence. The fourth young man, who is white, received a 30-year sentence and was eligible for parole and has been released.
Reggie Clemons is one of the youths that received the death sentence, even though prosecutors conceded that Reggie neither pushed the women nor planned their deaths. The prosecutor simply theorized that Reggie was an “accomplice” even though there is no physical evidence linking Reggie to the crime for which he received the death penalty: no fingerprints, no DNA, no hair or fiber samples. Please help us we are running out of time. One of the boys Marlin Gray has already been executed on October 25. 2005
PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW, REGGIE IS RUNNING OUT OF TIME!

Please people half the people on CL use the N word, now when a white person says it, everybody becomes pro black. Everyone was prasing NAS for calling his new album N*****, and he has lost respect because his reason is to take power from the word BS, it is to sell albums. I will be the first to say I like Dog Chapman, I am at a loss for words for him now, but it is just all BS. Blacks say n***** and don’t cry and complain when they hear it out of another blacks mouth, but when a white says it, they’re automatically a “redneck” or “white trash”. I think it’s bullshit that he said it, but you can’t be jumpin on the race train and sayin all kinds of fucked up shit. I’ve seen blacks call whites n****** too, that doesn’t mean anything about their color. Open your fucking eyes and get over it. As long as we have blacks hatin on whites and whites hatin on blacks, this shits gonna go on forever. Especially if people make huge deals out of it. If you show it doesn’t bother you, then people wouldn’t try usin it as such an insult.

I think what gets to me most is that he slipped under the radar as far as being a racist goes. I had my initial questions concerning whether he could be due to the lack of blacks or other minorities in his home or at personal gatherings that were filmed and well hell he was an ex biker from colorado who did jail time. considerng that and the time he grew up in and im sure theres a big history of racism in his family.
now you have to wonder how much of his show had racist stuff in it ( jokes, words phrases ) that got edited out so as to keep him and his family looking their best for the tv audience and even worse who else in his family acts like that? and he said it in his own words its not that he was worried that the girl would be hurt by his words he was worried she’d tell people the truth about him and theyd lose their show.
he’s a hypocrite and whats worse while hes banging his christian gong on ever episode praying for his family and everyone else he should have been praying to get the hate out of his heart. now we know who he really is and the reality is is that his show is only popular due to people on the mainlad watching it. hawaiians think hes a joke and most only watch to see the scenery and to see if someone they know will get arrested.
maybe we’ll get lucky and they will deport his ass back to mexico then he can learn to hate mexicans while theyre passing him around joint.

i was such a huge fan of the show. I am really shocked. I havent heard any of the previous stuff from the tabs about him being a racist. I gotta check that out. I will no longer watch the show at all!! I just don’t understand how he could preach about love and all that stuff then be a racist. How do you live in Hawaii surrounded by people of color and be cool with them. One of his sons is half Hawiiian and the last time I checked if your native Hawiian that aint white!! What a hypocrite. Who recorded this conversation? I just don’t get it. If he hated his sons girlfriend, then fine. Call her a B**** or a hoe or something like that. Does he call ignorant white people that? No. NO one ever uses that word direceted toward anybody else except black folks. If N**** isnt such a bad word then why is it only used when someone wants to insult a black person??
I do agree that racial slurs are horrible and NO ONE should use them. I would never use them against white, asian, hispanic, no one. If i’m gonna call white people cr****** then they have a right to call me a N*****. It’s only fair. I have friends and family members of almost every color and race. It kills me when I hear white and black people use racist words. Either way, it just divides us.

hold on “get it right” music videos have objectfified us. All they see is how sexual black women are because of these videos. You can expect any man to respect us if our own black men degrade us in lyrics and videos. I’m not saying that all music should be clean or all video’s should be boring and not sexy, but every stupid video is the same thing over and over again. No creativity and not a different image of black women other than a video vixen. There are hardly any real tv, movie, or musical role models for black girls. Maybe a half dozen compared to the many different role models for whites. That applies to hispanics and asians too, not enough representation out there, but at least the hispanics have their won television stations. We have BET, which doesnt even count imo. Their programming is such a one trick pony.
sorry to get off topic, but i am tired of men, especially non black men, stepping to me and expecting me to act and dress like the chicks they see in these videos. No I dont strip and no you cant touch my a**, nor can I shake it like those girls in the videos do.

Questions:
Why is Black America Shocked ?
Blacks should be aware that this is how SOME Caucasians speak in the privacy of their homes.
* Caucasians don’t like Blacks…Caucasians simply TOLERATE Blacks
How did the NATIONAL INQUIRER get a copy of this tape ?
* The Dog’s son “Tucker” HAD to tape this conversation.
Also, The A&E network HAD to know Beforehand that ” Dog the Bounty Hunter ” was a racist..
I SURE A&E has video footage of the Dog unleashing his racial epithets in the past.
I use to watch “Dog the Bounty Hunter” a lot, and I always wondered why I NEVER saw any black on his show.

This should go on record for the likes of those ..ie Oprah, Imus etc that want to pull HIP HOP into the convo about the N word. GET IT IN YOUR HEAD…JUST BECAUSE RAPPERS STOP SAYING THE N WORD IN THEIR MUSIC DOESN’T MEAN WHITE PEOPLE WILL STOP SAYING IT. We as a culture instead of embracing HIP HOP (especially cuz of all the families it’s taken out the hood) we side with others in this battle. We are the only people that can take a derogative word and flip it to mean something else. I want to see a f…. crusade now!!! Now that another celebrity has shown their true feelings. Oprah won’t say jack and our black leaders will just sit back in the cut. So I guess Dog will say..rappers use the word in songs, so I can say it..that’s pure BS!!!! Once again a white celeb comes out and basically says our “Black Women” who his ancestors probably raped are not good enough for his son. Same ish with Imus…total disrespect to our black women. But yeah…it’s all hip hop’s fault! Rappers will say things about a specific section of women that are prevalent in our communities there is no denying that…But other races attack solely because of hatred. They don’t care if you really are a B, Hoe or wthatever…When it comes down to it they are just N’s to them.

Well according to Nas we should not even be mad about this word anymore. We are supposed to be taking power from the word. ( At least that is what Nas claims to be doing by naming his album Ni**er) So I guess we won’t be mad at comments like Dog made anymore if the word has no power. Does anyone see the problem here? The word has power regardless and is offnesive no matter who uses it and in what context. I was reading the comments on the A&E sight and all the white people were saying well black people say it so why can’t we? The change has gotta start with us people. Get that word out of your vocab because everyone thinks it is ok to say. Not all black people use the word but that is what people are hearing in our music. Dog got caught and he was wrong, but this just lets me see how wrong other things are in our society today.

Dog is real nervous about this situtation:
“TMZ has reached out to Dog the Bounty Hunter for comment on his racist rant, caught on audiotape and published by the National Enquirer. We were told Dog would not say anything, but we were referred to his pastor.
Pastor Tim Storey, an African-American, told us that he spoke with Dog, who cried for 30 minutes, saying, “I’m shocked, I’m wrong I repent. Can you believe, Tim, that I’m going to be put in the same category as Imus.”
Pastor Storey, whom USA Today has referred to as “Pastor to the stars,” told TMZ, “I was shocked, because I don’t know that to be Duane.” He went on, “I felt that he had to be accountable to what he said. When I asked him what took place, why he said it, he said that he was angry with his son about many things.”
The pastor, who performed Dog and Beth’s wedding ceremony continued, “The subject of his son’s girlfriend came up, and in his anger he then attacked that relationship and then therefore challenged the girl by saying she wasn’t good enough.”
Pastor Story said, “What shocked me was that he used the N word. I know he’s not a racist. He’s been to black churches with me to help inner-city kids.”
The pastor said he talked to Dog three times today and he apologized, saying he wasn’t angry at the girl, it was anger toward his son.”

For some reason people think if rappers stop saying the word or our race as a whole then white people would stop saying it. Are we stupid or what? Do we know where this word originated from? Trust me…white people will forever use that word. It’s like we are being stupid in thinking if we stop then they will too. We didn’t call our people this from the jump..we took the word and flipped it. If Hip Hop wasn’t so prevalent right now people wouldn’t give a ish what we called each other. Too many black folk getting rich right now and now the true feelings of some are coming to light. For instance Michael Richards (Kramer) when he went on his tirade..he used the word out of hatred. He could have said look at this guy in the balcony…he looks like a fool or whatever. But no..he uses the N word because that’s how he truly feels. Some rappers or just black folk in general are more like..what’s up my N. Or N plz something like that. Not trying insult or degrade an individual. When a white person uses that word they are using it in intent to degrade or try to hurt. Stop trying to say because black people use it then they should be able to as well. Remember folks this is going on 500 or more yrs when we were enslaved for no reason. We didnt enslave white people and then start calling them crackers, white bread or whatever. We are still behind to this day…I always feel when I’m listening to a song or say a black comedian and they use the word it takes the edge off because it’s coming from us.

“I’m shocked, I’m wrong I repent. Can you believe, Tim, that I’m going to be put in the same category as Imus.”
He’s worst than Don Imus. Don Imus has always made racist, sexist and degoratory comments about just about everyone - and he never pretended otherwise. Dog on the other hand, seems to have tried to potray himself other than the racist that he is.
You want to be petty and racist - then be that, but Man Up… You man enough to say and think whatever you want to say, then be man enough to accept the consequences of your action. Big muscle bound, six foot man, chasing murderers and criminals — now he’s crying.

my problem is the hypocrisy. Don Imus never pretended to be some rightous pious person that is helping people. Don Imus has been making racist comments for years and his radio show is about comedy on many levels and he didn’t say the N word.
I agree with what some other people hve said too about black folks calling other people racist words. That is not cool either. Don’t call me a N**** and I won’t call you any racist word either. I understand that people can say what they want in the privacy of their own homes, BUT if you have a public career then you should know better, dumb A**!
Most of the time when I hear black people call each other the N word is more like saying her man whats up, not in a mean and derogetory way like dog and other people use it, so that excuse is played out.
I know people dont want to hear this, but yes there are somethings I can say to a black person that if I was white I couldnt say, tough deal with it. So what if black people can say the N word and you can’t? why would you want to? Also, contrary to popular belief I have dated and have white and hispanic friends that use it the way black people do because they hang around and date nothing but blacks. I have yet to have anyone get offended and I live in Texas!!! It all depends on where you grew up with and who you hang with.
The point is no one should use it, but in the hood thats the slang and if you white and grew up in the hood they sometimes use it too, but dog used it to demean. If he dont like her fine, cuss her out. why if a black person makes you mad then they a N? Why not call white people that?

Man I’ve heard this word everywhere, and you know the actual reason its still around, because of those poser African Americans, stop saying it! I hate this white dumbshit, but i seriously think we should start blaming the source of it, the African American Teens, they think its cool to use it, thats the only reason its still used to day imo. No body should use it, regardless of race/color. The real man (African American) does not use this crap, if your a real man imo you don’t use this shit, I respect ppl for doing what they supposed to do, n being mature for their age. I mean honestly if your 20+ there is absolutely no reason for using that word, it ain’t gonna get u anywhere in the real world, I love hip hop, I love rnb, but in terms of influence I can’t say it had any major influences on myself, I don’t say N—er, I don’t cuss in every sentence I say :P, your Black Americans, why not show some intellect, we all know you kids smart, maybe if you change your attitudes jus a lil you would be looked upon differently. Oh and Im Brown not white:P, so I’m not trying to be biased or anything, just speaking the truth. CP was angry at Imus and so was I, but I think that when a Black man says that word, the situation should be the same, at least for the radio, music I can’t comment I mean they do put the rating sticker on cd (Mature), its the radio we should be targeting for putting on Mature Music, because chances are kids of all ages are listening. It’s a fact if a child starts listening to hip hop at a young age he is gonna use the words he learned, but on the other hand if your an adult and you get exposed then nothing really happens, because you know whats right.

I;m sorry, but I dont fall for this we stand together right or wrong no way. I answer to a higher power and what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. If you see me, of course I’m black. Dark brown skin, but I was raised to be proud of all my ancestors. Slave, native american, free people of color that married some french white people (gasp!). So to me there is no us and them. When I go to my family reunion there is all shades of colored folk and a white side of the family too that shows up.
I’m not blaming the hip hop community for everything wrong with black folks. I’m just sadden that Hip hop has become entwined with black. If you black you must dress like a rap video ho, listen to rap, think oj is innocent! LOL.
I hate that there isnt more media with diversity in black opinion and views. And that crosses over to not just media, but black mentality too. I’ve heard since I was a kid, black people don’t do….fill in the blank. Read, get good grades, listen to any other music beside rap and r and b, swim, ski, nerdy, get depressed, not go to church, like science or math….I could name more. This is from black people!! why do we limit ourselves?
We could be on top of the world and be the real movers and shakers in our society if we just think outside of the box.

Question for LADYLOZA, you said, “fry his white ass”. I have friends that are Jewish, Polish, Latin, etc and they say things in jokes or everyday conversation that is about their race but that does not empower me to say things about them. Just like with Imus he points at the culture because he can’t control what comes out of his mouth. Be realistic he is about a million years old he’s lived threw segregation and the civil rights era he knew better and this bounty hunter knows better and the tape shows that.

Black people are so ridiculous, lol. How did this post become about Nas and the way in which he has decided to bring the “N Word” issue to the forefront? I’ve never heard Nas say that his intent was to “take power from the word”. From what I understand, he is proactively attacking black people’s fear of the word. No disrespect, but do black people really think that white people are going to stop using that word in regards to blacks? Or that Nas’s album will make or break a white person’s view of black people, lmao. I don’t understand why the coon committee doesn’t just come out and apologize to white people for slavery and offer them reparations.
In regards to “Dog the Bounty Hunter”, lol, you have to really analyze caucasians to get an understanding of them; how they think, and most importantly, why they think how they think. What does Dog the Bounty Hunter’s “education” have to do with him referring to black people as “n******”? Do you think that there are no white people with graduate degrees that are not racist, lmao? The real problem with blacks in relation to whites in my opinion is that black people refuse to acknowledge what pervades this society, and the whole world for that matter, which is race. White people not only acknowledge this reality, they create and contort their own reality to keep the other races perplexed and subservient. This is why Dog the Bounty Hunter has a black pastor, lol (who will vouch for him if I be a betting man), but calls blacks n***** like the word is going out of style. This is also why he felt the need to explain his family’s wanton usage of the word and how it differed from outright hate. “It’s more of a subtle hate”, lol. Whatever, black people will fall for it anyway so it doesn’t really matter.
There’s a difference between what caucasians show you on the surface and what really lies in their heart (Prov 26:24-28). That’s how one knows that black people using the “N Word” has nothing to do with whites using it because if that was the case, why does the man not want his son’s black girlfriend to know that they use the word freely? If it had the same allegedly “hip-hop” connotation that wiggers claim to have when they use it, he wouldn’t be scared to have her hear him say it. It’s because caucasians like to keep their racism covert in the politically correct era to keep blacks worshipful and confused and it’s sad because blacks want white peoples’ “love” so badly that they’re willing to make up excuses why it’s alright for white people to use the word because “black people use it”, lmao. House negro coonism at its finest.
Al Sharpton, like I’ve always said, is the main black person that has been designated the task of being the fire extinguisher (John 10:12). He is given orders by the white people in power behind closed doors just like Frederick Douglas, W.E.B Dubois, Martin Luther King, and that ilk to further confuse blacks and give them false hopes of equality to stop them from seeking real guidance and empowerment (Jer 8:11, Jer 14:14). Anyone who is in power and has any sense knows that it is easier to run an empire when the races under you have a pawn puppet leader that looks like them to make them think that they have power that they don’t really have. The white man understands this very well. I don’t understand why any black person would trust a black leader that white people trust. I mean; damn, black people don’t see a trend of famous, racist whites that got sloppy, running to this man for cover. For the black people that say that Dog’s career is over, I heard the same nonsense about Imus. Imus is back bigger, better, and stronger than ever with the co-signing of Al Sharpton. Dog’s damn email and mailbox have probably been flooded by tens of thousands of white people in support.

This is the actual text from the ORGINAL NAS interview where he explains his reason for naming his new album/cd N _____
“Nas Explains Controversial Album Title, Denies Reports Of Label Opposition
NEW YORK — Nas says you shouldn’t believe anything you’ve heard about Def Jam putting the kibosh on his next studio album. In fact, he insists he hasn’t come across any resistance from the label.
The name of the LP has changed slightly, though. He’s going all the way there: It’s now called N——-, and it is set to hit stores December 11.
“I don’t know where that [report] came from and neither does Def Jam,” Nas said early Thursday morning (October 18) in a Manhattan recording studio when asked about a Fox News article published earlier this week. The story quoted a “source close to” label head L.A. Reid, who scoffed at the thought of the company supporting an album with such a title, and also claimed the album was not on the label’s release schedule. “None of us knows where that came from.”
(At press time, Def Jam representatives had not responded to MTV News’ requests for comment.)
The MC said he’s just two weeks from completing the LP and has done most of the work with his friend and constant collaborator, Salaam Remi. Diddy, Jermaine Dupri and DJ Toomp are also expected to get in the lab with Nas before he closes out production.
“Salaam — me and him have some real chemistry,” Nas explained. “He can go from Amy Winehouse to Spragga Benz to come f— with Nas. The other cats, some of us have somewhat of chemistry, some of us don’t. … [People] shouldn’t trip off the [album's] title; the songs are crazier than the title.”
N——- has caused some strong reaction from civil-rights activists since news of the name hit the masses. The Fox News Web sitesite quoted the Rev. Jesse Jackson and representatives from the NAACP, who admonished Nas for using the N-word as his LP’s name.
“I’m a street disciple,” Nas responded, quoting one of his earlier album titles. “I’m talking to the streets. Stay out of our business. You ain’t got no business worrying about what the word ‘n——–’ is or acting like you know what my album is about without talking to me. Whether you in the NAACP or you Jesse Jackson. I respect all of them … I just want them to know: Never fall victim to Fox. Never fall victim to the sh– they do. What they do is try to hurry up and get you on the phone and try to get you to talk about something you might not know about yet.
“If Cornel West was making an album called N——, they would know he’s got something intellectual to say,” Nas continued. “To think I’m gonna say something that’s not intellectual is calling me a n_______, and to be called a n—— by Jesse Jackson and the NAACP is counterproductive, counter-revolutionary.”
Nas said he hasn’t talked to anyone outside his camp about the title, so he was upset to see that people are up in arms without knowing the story behind him choosing the name.
“I wanna make the word easy on mutha—-as’ ears,” he explained. “You see how white boys ain’t mad at ‘cracker’ ’cause it don’t have the same [sting] as ‘n——-r’? I want ‘n——-’ to have less meaning [than] ‘cracker.’ With all the bullsh– that’s going on in the world, racism is at its peak. I wanna do the sh– that’s not being done. I wanna be the artist who ain’t out. I wanna make the music I wanna hear.
“We’re taking power [away] from the word,” he added. “No disrespect to none of them who were part of the civil-rights movement, but some of my n—as in the streets don’t know who [civil-rights activist] Medgar Evers was. I love Medgar Evers, but some of the n—as in the streets don’t know Medgar Evers, they know who Nas is. And to my older people who don’t now who Nas is and who don’t know what a street disciple is, stay outta this mutha—-in’ conversation. We’ll talk to you when we’re ready. Right now, we’re on a whole new movement. We’re taking power [away] from that word.”
Earlier this year, Nas told MTV News that he wanted to “have fun with the radio” while making his next LP. That was before he settled on the title, though. The album includes ideas and feelings he wanted to express for years that aren’t exactly meant to make you dance or sing along in the club.
“Every time I get in the studio, I feel like I wanna have some fun,” he said. “My fun is not doing the easy work. My fun is doing what’s me. [Radio-friendly songs], that’s easy work. My daughter could do that. My daughter could do the sh– that’s out. I wanna do me and hopefully some mutha—-as would like it. At this point, I’m looking at the whole world differently. I’m looking at how politics could really be effective for people today, how me as an artist could be more effective. … I listen to the radio sometime and I like the vibe of that. I go to a club, and my favorite sh– is Soulja Boy ['Crank That']. I wanna get down with them joints, but … [my records] do not come out like that.”
On November 6, Nas releases his Greatest Hits LP, and he plans to put out N—–’s first single a day or two after that. Despite the absence of a strong marketing push for the upcoming album (you can partially explain that because he’s been working on his own and under the radar), Nas isn’t stressing. He said he can’t wait for some big plans to sell the album. He just wants to get it out there.
“If you feel like doing a record,” he started to say about the freedom he has in his career right now, “you can’t wait till everybody is ready. I used to wait. Now I have that sh– in me — where it is, what it is, buy it or don’t buy it, it’s cool. Whoever likes it, cool. Whoever don’t like it, cool — but it’s gotta come out now.
“Everybody is caught up on that first-week thing,” he continued. “That was cool. In the beginning, you want n—as to know what time it is on the beginning of your sh–. I’m past that. I had humongous first weeks before, gold in the first week, that’s not important with me. When you have a record that’s out there, people are going to gravitate towards it at some point in time if they like that type of music. My albums will move units, but it ain’t based on what type of units they move. I’m thankful I sell records, but it’s not about that.
“This N—— album is bigger than an album. This is for my daughter, when she looks back and sees all the chump n—as in the game, she’ll say, ‘My pops was a man.’ When I have more kids, they’ll see, ‘He was a man.’ That will inspire them to be real in their life. Some people say I’m conscious, some say I’m a gangsta rapper — it’s just me doing me. I’m stomping in my own lane. I’m doing what I do.”

I am sorry but the history of America will not easily allow caucasians or other non-black minorities to make racial statements against blacks and that they will be forgotten.
I also found it funny watching this man’s show that he will capture the criminal while spewing the most vile language then turn around and start praying; I am not perfect but I found that to be very strange behaviour. I am sick of people running to the Al sharptons and the jesse jacksons of the world for forgiveness. Kandi:
to answer your question, H*** NO!! I don’t use racist comments in my everyday speech. I have read this today on many boards and yes, there are people that were raised better than that. I did not grow up calling white people, asians, hispanics, etc nasty racial names. My mom thinks most white people are racist, but I have never heard her call anyone a racist name.
Behavior is learned at home and for a man to have a biracial son, leland, who is half Hawaiian ie non white and for dog who is native american and white, give me a break!
I could care less about Nas albumn, hip hop is not my thing.
Dog is a racist that feels that black people are N’s. N’s are ignorant, criminals, lazy, uneducated. That’s how he feels about black people because he uses tht word to describe them all the time apparently! He had to learn it growing up and his kids are learning it too. So those defending dog or saying it’s just a word, is it o.k. for his kids to go to school and if a black kid makes them mad to call the black kid a N?? Would you like it if some kid called your child a N? Or would you tell them, “oh it’s o.k. it’s just a word. Go to school and have them call you N all the time, just shake it off”. Have them shake it off and then the next time they are hanging nooses from a tree. You have to take action when you demean people by using the N word, it;s racist pure and simple. EVERYONE needs to stop using it.

Respect is earned— once we (people of color) learn to respect ourselves and show it to the entire nation in the manner in which we speak and carry ourselves then maybe others will see us with respect as well.
What gets me is the few positive views that we see in mass media. Some people are so desperate to be on tv that networks exploit that and use it to promote stereotypes. We need to stop compromising ourselves.

That’s the same blurb that the sister put up when the whole thing started. Based on what Nas said throughout the interview, it doesn’t appear to me that he said that he wants power to be taken from the word so that everyone can come together. He’s trying to dilute the sting that black people that have no real knowledge of their own history have of not only that word, but white people in general. At the end of the day, what the brother is trying to do is not meant to be understood by people that want to come together with all races. That’s why he used the term “counter-revolutionary”. If anything, I believe that the man probably used the wrong phraseology. Nas is battling different spirits. The Lord is calling him to use his voice and talents to help awaken his people but he still lusts after popular appeal. Once again though, what does that have to do with Dog the Bounty Hunter, lol? Black people can’t keep blaming themselves everytime a racial incident occurs. This is why the scriptures refer to the caucasians as vagabonds and fugitives, because they’re never held responsible or liable for their crimes.

This is why I don’t fuc with white ppl (not all are this way of course) but I don’t fit in with them. Only uncle toms and broke niggas who think the white man is holding them down are going to care about this; educated ppl know that trash and ghetto folk are the same and they say and do whatever they want deal with it, and stop crying about white men saying the n word they got baby dicks wouldn’t you hate blk men or men who are actually men and not pure hearted two faced pussy. That kind of thinking is going hurt use way worst then any song could ever. By not standing together and instead arguing about the n-word and music we show how easily we can be divided and that is indisputable. We are having shows about it Harpo’s town hall meeting (town hall bashing) BET Hip Hop vs. America. Do you see MTV having a Heavy Metal vs. America? No you don’t so why should we. You mentioned how your family comes in many colors and that to you there is no us and them. If that is the case then do not allow yourself to be bothered.
Hip Hop is so much more then just being black because of how far it reaches as much as people love Harpo I believe that Hip Hop reach so much farther in the world. I remember being in Kuwait and seeing a NWA, Public Enemy KRS-1, and other rap. albums in the store. And no women should feel that being black means that you have to dress like a video “Ho” yes if you choose you can dress like Lil Kim or Foxy Brown because that is not the only way that women in the Hip Hop generation can dress but it is up to women to show that.
Usually when people speak of black diversity in opinions and views they speak of black conservatives and that is far worse then the N-word. When I hear of people saying that blacks don’t get good grades, listen to any other music beside rap and r and b, swim, ski, nerdy, get depressed, not go to church, like science or math I think that must be something that was thought up by a racist. I and many of my friends listen rap, R&B, classical, rock, salsa, the list goes on. As far as education I remember being in school and one of the hoods telling me how important school is I even know hoods that have their associates bachelors and even some with MASTORS and have never been to jail. I know “hoods” that play chess with the most complicated strategies. It was a black person that loves gangsta rap that taught me about new math. So I do not know where that “black people don’t do such and such came from but it is stupid. I even heard a black republican say that he became republican because when he went to college he saw that the white kids had been to Europe and he did not want to go back to his old life style. That is a stupid statement for a “educated” person to make.
Maybe we could be mover and shakers if we stopped the in fighting. It’s like a civil war.

That why I have said and will keep saying that Imus came up with the master plan. Which is if you change the focus of black america to fighting with each other (Upper Middle Lower class) you can say and do anything to them. Latin Americans may fight with each other but if you cross them they join together like Voltron.

He didn’t come up with that brother, lol. They’ve used that strategem from when they first came to power as the Greeks and Romans and when they re-emerged to pre-eminence in their Renaissance (rebirth). It’s their nature and their gift to attain and sustain power by causing confusion. That’s how you know that they get their power from Satan because they rule through lies and deceit. Imus just happened to know that deflecting the onus onto the black man is always the easiest way out because everyone hates the black man. Then that demon, Oprah, jumped on the opportunity to dedicate another of her shows to castigating the black man for not worshipping the black woman. Before you know it; Imus has an elongated vacation and comes back with more leverage, fanfare, and power. He should write his own “Art of War” book, lol.

I think his words are being taken out of context. He just wasn’t expressing what he was trying to say correctly. Being a black woman myself, I think he was addressing the issue that since his family uses certain words around each other he doesn’t want anyone around who would be offended by them. If his son is dating someone who may be offended then it’s best they aren’t around him and the family because he doesn’t want their words being misconstrued. Now, I’m not saying it’s right, but I see his point. A simple slip up can cost him everything. He wanted to protect his career. But by saying that to the son, who may love the girl, it may have caused hurt feelings. The son may have took it like, “it’s either her or your family.”

As for his style, no comments, but surely fitting someone calling himself “Dog The Bounty Hunter.” There is true concern in his voice, of which I wholeheartedly feel are of a concerned parent. No, as an American, I am not shock. Yes, as a Black American, I am shocked, but my shock is not in the language used but rather how much attention this has gotten. And oh here we go again. I wonder how long it will take for Al S. to show up at the crosswalk and the old grey haired English lady gives him the go ahead. We are just waiting on the other side of the street acting like we can’t cross the street all by ourselves. Why do we do this as black people? We get upset when they come out and say it, ask for an apology, demand they loose their jobs, and then we go on our merry way, all the while men like Al sticks the pacifier in our mouths, and we just think all is good in the world. LMAO! All the while the white man gets what they want in the end. They know what they are doing by even saying these words. It is simply acceptable among themselves. You don’t see them outraged about IMUS and now BOUNTY. He said what a lot of them want to say.

I listened to what the man said to his family member. Yes it was wrong, but honestly… it is no differant than what goes on behind the closed doors of any other race. I hear the “N” word everyday by the same people who condem others for using it. I aint the “cracker, redneck, gook, slanteye, zipperhead, wetback, beaner, mutt, pollok, halfbreed, whitey” or any other “COLORFUL”name you could think of to your face in public, but behind closed doors while your talking to your sister, daughter, mother, son, brother, father or whoever it is wanting to interweave our races, I will bet my life!, someone in your family is refering to me in such a manner. If only everyone was recorded and heard, OH wait, we are. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. I’ve never seen so much ignorance on one page. It goes from one end of the spectrum to the other. I’m what you’d call a strict constructionist when it comes to our rights and freedoms in the constitution. We may not like what some people have to say, but be careful what you wish for. You can’t infringe upon someones rights (no matter how wrong or offensive they are) without opening the door to infringe upon other rights. I’m more upset that Al Sharpton or anyone for that matter would be considered the voice for any particular group of people. That’s worse than what is said on anyone’s private phone conversation. Wait a mintue, comparing me to a republican! hahah! that’s not even close! Democrat? that’s a bit closer, but I consider myself very anti-government and I promise if I fly I’m probably on some list! LOL. I believe our system is corrupt and they pit the races against each other. Divide and conquer. If all the oppressed and poor people would rise up things would be different. But people dont see that, they still figh each other over crumbs the massas hand out to you.
I don’t know about your experience, but when I was in school in the hood of Detroit, I’m 31, so it’s not like i’m a hundred years old, I had my black friends that said if you speak proper and like to read your acting white. I have had black friends say I wasn’t black enough! So for a while I pretended to be something I wasn’t be to accepted by black people. My niece and nephews hear it less these days but everyonce in a while my nephew catches hell about being a skateboarder from some of the black kids, which is a shame. I’ve never been a “typical” black person and that scares and shock whites and blacks. If your black you are expected to do or act a certain way, if your white you can have many different tastes and not get criticized. For those who disagree your lying. Even I have said it before.
White people meet me and think they already know who I am because of what they watch on TV and black folks they assume many things. I guess you would say I’m hard to pin down. I don’t hate white people, sorry, I have to work and live around them/with them so whats the point? I think most white people are racist! Especially then older ones. I listen to a little rap, mostly old school. Hate the N word, .Live in the suburbs, but guess what? I use to be in a gang when I was a teenager, Treetop Blood. Tatoos and all. Don’t go to church, sorry mom!
I’m not saying that because you are from the hood your ignorant, no way. And once again I’m not saying Hip Hop is the root of all evil, just stale, boring, sexist, and uncreative. All rap videos has the video chicks in it and most of the songs I hear are about booty, money, cars, what kind of house he has…blah blah. Kanye West is great, but man do I miss the days of gansta rap, political rap, comical rap, etc. I know there are rappers out there who are great, but that’s not what i hear on the radio or see on tv.
To me the entertainment industry has become a minstrel show. Mostly white people buy the CD’s or jersey’s for sports athletes. There is way to much emphasis on blowing up big and become an athlete, singer, actor etc…Not enough on politics, science, math, business, government. Even if you are going to be in the entertainment industry we should be directors, producers, head of studios, writers.

sorry for the double post, but people say it’s just a word. Well hell, first they use the word then next you we see a noose hanging from a tree. it’s not about political correctness it’s about survival. Who would have thought in 2007, the Jena 6 thing would have happened?? but stuff like that happens in the south all the time. I live in Texas, but i’m yankee and people let stuff slide down here saying that’s just the way it is, heck no! Racism will never die and it’s our job as Americans to call it out. Not to be niave, but we have to live in this world and we do have it good here in America It could be worse, there is bigotry all over this world not just here. Peopl kill over religion, tribe, nation, race…etc. Not just white people against black. I think American have such a narrow view of most things compared to other countries. Try travelling a little.
Dog got caught and I don’t care if he runs to Jesus, I’m not gonna forgive him. As for Al Sharpton, he’s not my leader and the only reason he is in that positon is because of the media and the fact that no other black person has stepped up.

I wish that the same black people that are so forgiving and want us all to “come together” were as gracious to their own kind. These are the same negroes that give you dagger eyes in the corporate offices but smile like the Joker and bow their heads when they see a caucasian. I see it everyday, lol. This is what makes me laugh; the TRUE hypocrisy of these black people. They have the nerve to say that hypocrisy is being “racist” to whites when you want “equality”. No. YOU want this imaginary carrot that they dangle called “equality”, lol. The real reason why black people cannot make any real headway in this land is because they want to be given things that they will have to take. An oppressed race of people is not given respect, they must take it. Period. Dog the Bounty Hunter will see 10 oportunities opened for him for every 1 that has closed. Guranteed.

I want to comment on Ali’s comment saying that “the people responsible for the n word still being used are the African American Teens who still think its cool”, thats totally false. First off, if you are a youth from any “inner city neighborhood” (as they like to say on tv. the people who live here call it the hood) 9 times outta 10 you either say nigga atleast 10 times a day or you hear the word nigga 20 times. Its literally (and sadly) a part of our everyday vocabulary. When im talking to my friends I dont sit there and ponder, should i say whats up my nigga?, or whats up dog?, its gonna be which ever one comes out, and its most likley gonna be nigga. So its not because we think its cool, its just apart of our culture now, thanks to white america. And with rap being out there, yall wanna say nigga too. smh

I agree, we have to take it. Not bicker over the details, but if you want respect you have to give it too. I could care less about people either way. I say if you want something, anything take it. You should be agressive. No one has every given me anything, I worked hard for everything I have. I don’t care if your black, white or whatever if you do not respect me or in my way c-ya. I won’t kiss anyones butt or compromised who I am for anyone. Hatin white people gets you nowhere. Believe it or not there are good white folks out there and bad black folks. People are people.
If you want equality you cannot get it from the table of another, I believe you have to create it. But i’m sorry to say black folks these days do not want to work for it. I don’t really want equality just for you to get the hell out of my way! And I hate those that act like black people/community is perfect. We have issues, serious issues that no one wants to talk about or they just dump on anyone that brings it up like Bill Cosby, he told the truth. We have to hold the standard.
For example I live in Highland park in dallas and on MLK b-day the white kids dressed in black face and wigs and drank forties and wore the stuff to school. During Cinco De mayo they dressed like lawn workers. Look it up online!! These kids have been reinforced these sterotypes by watching that crazy Sh** on TV and from their parents! These kids are the future CEO”S and stuff, sad, but they don’t hang around any black people so what they see in the video’s is how they think black people really are. Hip hop is global, so is this what we want to show the world??

And the full length version of that damning tape also has Dog talking about how his son Tucker’s girlfriend threatened to attack his wife Beth, and also about her wearing a recorder to try to get something to sell to that rag, the Enquirer!
And instead, it was Tucker who taped and sold his own father out to the tabloid rag! That shows that Dog was right all along, and she is a no good scumbag! Too bad he didn’t know the same about his punk-ass son!
I say screw the Enquirer, screw scumbag Tucker and his douchebag bitch Monique, and let’s support Duane “Dog” Chapman!
Countless acts of heroism, good deeds and charity should not be all erased by one incident. Especially when it all centers around 2 slimey scumbags who are involved in a conspiracy to get you on tape in order to make a fast buck and get some quick revenge!!

night hunter:
You done lost your mind! first of all I dont use that kind of language sorry, if you do then your trying to cover for your own guilt. And it’s his son, how does his son feel about his dad calling his gf a N!! Why would you disrespect your son and his gf like that?? He knew they were trying to get him caught so why keep using the word, duh!
And do you know that tucker is a low life? how about dog? he;s been in out of jail too. So unless you know tucker or his girlfiend then you cannt speak on that.
Countless acts of good deeds? O.k. he is a bounty hunter getting paid to catch criminals! that is his job. He has done stuff for charity and groups, but so has other bigots in this country. you cant know what is the motivation for this. Maybe to make his bounty hunting easier if people think he’s a good guy down inside? Or there are people that do charitable things because they pity us po’ ole mongrel black folk and see us as dogs.
I jsut dont want someone preaching about jesus and god and smiling in my face then calling me a N at home. If you use those words at home then why not say it in public if you feel that way? don’t pretend to like black folks then go home and call us N’s. Dont hang with me and call me a N. Be real.
Also, some of you are missing the point. I love the people that say :”I have black friends” or whatever but if your kid dating one then it would be a problem. No one is talking about what dog said that: IF HIS DAUGHTER BROUGHT A N***** HOME THEY WOULD TELL HER NO WAY. IT’S NOT JUST THE WORD, DOG HAS A PROBLEM WITH BLACK PEOPLE, JUST ADMITT IT!! HE DOESN’T WANT HIS KIDS TO DATE A BLACK PERSON. WHY ARE YOU GUYS FORGETTING THAT?? IF A BLACK ENTERTAINER DIDNT WANT HIS KID DATING A WHITE PERSON YOU PEOPLE WOULD BE ALL OVER IT!! WHY DOESN’T THAT EVER HAPPEN?? BECAUSE VARIOUS WHITE PEOPLE ARE MORE RACIST THAN EVEN THE MOST HATEFUL RACIST BLACK PERSON.
and i’m not upset about what dog said, so what another racist. It’s upsetting because people are excusing his behavior.

i usually just read comments and don’t respond, becuz everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But #139 fvck u. White people raped, killed, and tortured our ancestors. They will always look at the minority as second class, no matter how we come up. So we should bow down to them? They dragged us over here, but were too dumb years ago to stop and think, “Can we keep as slaves hundreds of years from now?”
Sh!t, we here now. And no racist can keep the black man down. Ni99er is such a played out word. Think of something new, white America. Hell no. U sound dumb as hell.

Umm…why is his son and girlfriend being called “trash and stupid”?
Is it because they revealed what this guy really is about?
If that’s the case then I applaud them for it. Its a good thing that those racist views hasn’t tainted his son and at least his son is man enough to expose his father instead of dumping his girl like some other weak man might do under family pressure.

Another thing…
Why is the “dog” so sure that if his son was dating a white female that his racial slurs would not be exposed to the public. Some people (black, white, whatever…)
can’t wait to run to the tabloids with celebrity gossip especially if its going to be lucrative.
Its apparent that his son really does care about his girlfriend to risk losing his family over. If this was just a fling, I doubt this would have happened.

I agree with NightHunter, also I don’t like the N*** word either. I am NOT a racist!
Tucker Dog’s son illegally taped a phone conversation between himself and Dog Chapman, without Dog knowedge of it, This is illegal! Even worse selling it to the media! THIS IS A PRIVATE CONVERSATION !!
This girl refered to in the recording was a problem maker Dog didn’t want around his other younger children still living at the home. The one son, caused this heated conversation to go out of control angering Dog, then taping it and selling to the media.
A PRIVATE CONVERSATION! Think about it!
How many of us have had, heated arguments on the phone with our parents for one issue or another? How would you feel, if that got recorded and sold to the media for a buck just to ruin you!!!!!
Think about it?!

We all get angry and use words to hurt, especilly when it’s family. The words used depend on when and where the person was raised. I’ve used many a hurtful word - even to those I love. I regret them but it is not really the words I use, but the intent to convey a feeling. It’s just a word. We as humans will always get angry, and in anger we say things we don’t (or sometimes do) mean. This was a private conversation. It was not said to a room full of people with the intention of insulting and entire race. It was said in anger and he used the words he grew up with. As YOU ALL have done at some point in your life. When we stop trying to hurt one another, maybe this will all end. But keep in mind, it’s just a word, and if it doesn’t descibe who you realy are, it shouldn’t bother you. Remember - sticks and stones….
As per urban dictionary:
ni99er: ni99a, ni99ah etc. al.(noun)1.describes an ignorant, uneducated, foolish individual regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
a term that is racist, as long as the speaker of it is not black. Forbidden on most all of television and other forms of public entertainment, at times referenced to as the “n-word”. However, “cracker”, a term racist against whites, is a completely acceptable term used in any context of any national broadcast…hmm…
I would like to know why “cracker” and, ahem, “ni99er” are not equally forbidden .

Sis, when I say “take it”, I’m not referring to taking over the white man’s government or his corporate America. This is what alot of black people cannot grasp. I’m referring to something scriptural. Why would caucasians allow black people to take over the infrastructure of America or the upper strata of America? That doesn’t make any sense and it’s basic common sense that one will try to secure the future of their race’s subsequent generations if they have the resources to do so. At least it’s common to every race except black people.
Now even though you claim to not care what the other races think of you, your last comment kind of betrayed that. Global rap could consist entirely of “positive” music and the white man and the other races would still hate and mock our people. Whites have dressed in blackface far before hip-hop became prevalent, much less popular. The “wigger” phenomenon is nothing but mockery and modern day blackface. Hypothetically speaking; if white people dressed in kimonos as a style, I believe that Japanese people would look at it as some form of subtle mockery and they would be correct. At the very least, because they have a knowledge and respect for their own history, they would be perplexed as to why people would want to hijack their lifestyle. Black people have no such compunctions because they don’t know their damn history and they have no respect for their community. This is why the white man has and will continue to reap billions of dollars off of cultural, linguistic, and stylistic phenomena developed by black people.

I’m getting tired of you cave-dwellers continually telling black people how to feel. You so-called white jew bastards are the biggest liars, thieves, and murderers on the face of the damn earth. Not only was Hitler a so-called Jew but so was Stalin and most of the other so-called “Jew haters”. No one complains more than the so-called Jews and on top of that demands reparations for an event that didn’t even occur, the “Holocaust”. America is still paying the state of Israel 8 billion dollars per year for that nonsense. When you read the Torah, if you read it, it becomes very clear that the Israelites of the scriptures are not caucasian. The entire 13th chapter of Leviticus goes into detail on how lack of melanin and blond hair were associated with being unclean so how the hell can you be a “Jew”, lmao. You’re right though, blacks should stop throwing bricks through windows. They should take over the world exactly how the so-called Jews (the Amalekites of the Bible) did, by massive murder and covering up their true history and identity. That’s why you devilish bastards are always changing your last names in the governments and entertainment industries that you corrupt. REV 2:9, REV 3:9

This is the most digusting thing I have ever had the misfortune to hear about. A phone conversation between anyone is private. We as human beings have a right to our opinions, be they right or wrong. Black people use this word everyday, Should they not be punished? Is it not offensive to other black people who hear it? I have a right to use any word I chose more especially in a private phone conversation with my son.
Don’t apologize Dog, them them to fuck off. This is a free country. I am totally and completely fed up with this type of crap. There are definitely more important issues in this screwed up world than worrying about something someone said. Give it up and realize that we are all created equal and intitled to our privacy.

Each and EVERY ONE of you “people of color” or whatever hyphenated-Americanism you go by, is in fact a COMPLETE HYPOCRITE. That is, of course, unless you are on every single one of your favorite rapper’s site condemning him or her for their use of the SAME WORD. If you pass your judgement equally, then I applaud you!
You see, either it is an offensive word or it isn’t - regardless of the context in which the word is used. So, to all of you who sit there and cast stones at this man, post comments here condemning him and then pop in your favorite CD of OG Pimp Ice Daddy where the “N-word” is used more in one song than in Dog’s entire tirade…To you I say: Please do not breed. You will only serve to weaken the gene pool you HYPOCRITE!

Dog is a racist, no doubt. Not because of the use of the N-word (which I find vile, as I do cracker, honkey, etc) but because of the way his heart is closed to the fact that his son loves this woman and true love doesn’t see color. It’s all the jealous, hateful people in the world who see color and make it an issue. Yes, black people have been treated with disrespect and abuse for generations. Still, there is something that some people have touched on on this website (and been shut down when they say it) that goes unaddressed. Racism is a two-way street. I’m a white woman with friends of all races. I also have friends who are gay, lesbian or transgendered. I see how much hatred people shovel on when they’re afraid of something they don’t understand. All this hatred comes from a place of deep fear…what is it we’re all so afraid of? That really stupid white men will say the N- word (and look like the fools they are) or that the war between whites and blacks might actually die out? I’ve been on the other end…don’t kid yourselves people…black people can be just as vicious as white people any day of the week. If we had a word you couldn’t say, you’d be screaming from the rooftops about the discrimination and the injustice of it all…and you’d be right. Anyone who wants to use hurtful language has more problems than the words they choose. I’m also glad to hear people say that Al Sharpton doesn’t speak for them…maybe he and Jesse Jackson are good people, but to me, they seem like opportunists who use black causes to increase their public exposure for their own gain. If my words have offended anyone, then I am truly sorry…but if we can’t talk intelligently, if we can’t have opinions, freedom is dead and hatred is the winner.

BLACKS DID NOT CREATE THAT SHIT LIL DUDE. Im black and chinese an I have to put up with a lot of things since child hood dealing with both of my races. Okay, was he wrong for the things he said? Yes
Are racial slurs ignorant and crude? Yes
Should this word be used by anyone? No, not even by black people.
If anyone of any culture continues to use word like this one, you are basically saying it’s ok for anyone who wants to use it, to do just that.
Stop perpetuating ignorance, even within your own culture and please stop using the term race to separate people. There are different beliefs, cultures, religions and even skin colors, but there is only one race, the HUMAN race. Maybe if every one would remember that, crap like this would stop… then again maybe I’m just dreaming, hatred seems to be to important to people.
Dog is ignorant and deserves to lose his job, sadly this is exactly what happens when you are raised to believe that skin color separates us, which unfortunately is taught to way to many people of all colors not just the ones with white skin. Racism is racism no matter what your skin color is.
This world needs to grow up.

I hate the double standard thing!!! Its like, its ok for other races to say derogatory things against white people but if a white person says something similar against another race there is uproar!! Why do they think Al Sharpton speaks for blacks? It’s because the racist know that Sharpton is one of the few blacks who will actually do something about their transgressions. They use to feel the same way about Rev. Jackson until they sucessfully hoodwinked blacks into second guessing him and ultimately marginalizing him.
