I’ve been receiving many emails about this latest trend of leather or black shiny tights. Leggings have been a substitute for pants for a while now, some favor the look and some really hate it. So I guess leather or lame tights will receive the same reaction, either you like it or you don’t. I personally think the look is hot when it is maneuvered correctly, plus if you want to do the tights in the winter weather, these could be a better option.
Stars have even been fans of the tights lately as we’ve seen recently on Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Keyshia Cole, and Lauren London. Though the ladies rock the tights in different ways, it commonly adds a rocker flair to their looks.
So you sold on a pair? A great pair to start with if you want this look would have to be the Lamé Legging at American Apparel (pictured above).
That stuff looks tacky to me. It does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do so when girls wear them they look like they have a severe case of noassatall.

I def have to do the JLO look myself…but even if I didn’t have hips I would still rock them like her cuz it just looks more sofisticated like that…BTW Love L-Boogie though.

There should be a size limit on them. Just because they stretch dont make them right for everyone. Im a not so small girl myself and as cute as they look – i dont want my thighs rubbing together making it sound like a tire need oiling.

I think that plus size women can rock them with the right top. If your top covers certain unmentionables, than you can get away with it.

If you’re going to wear leggings, please wear a long tunic like shirt! They are not pants! I do love leggings though, because winter is coming, and I refuse to let my legs get cold in the name of fashion!
