If I were Usher I would not give any interviews about my relationship because 1. people are not going to believe it and 2. whatever he and she say about how much in love they are with each other and how long it will last, might bite them in the butt if it does not work out. If he wants to be married to her so be it, but I think he is trying to hard to prove that she is the right one for him and everyone else is wrong. who cares how they fell in love….what counts is if it will last. I do believe alot of people dislike Tameka for superficial reasons (her looks, her age), but if he feels she is the one for him then who cares. I don’t have to wake up next to her.

I think the problem has mainly been the fact that they look so odd together. Usher should be with a pretty, delicate girly chick. Not this big muscular hulk of a grown ass momma. My guess is that a lot of the posters in here (and on the net in general) are young. If you still base relationships on looks then you are young or young-minded. Relationships and marriage especially is HARD. It’s hard work keeping a family together and keeping each other happy. Of course you would not know this if you are still text messaging guys you like or getting your friends to tell them you like them.

In the real, grown up world, people enter in relationships for a myriad of reasons but at the end of the day it’s about respect, love, and decency. Perhaps this woman treats him like a real person, comforts him and listens to his concerns. Perhaps she gives him advice on things he didn’t get from other women. Hell, maybe she’s a beast in the sack and isn’t lazy and thinks she’s too good (or too pretty) to put in any work.

I think it largely has to do with how the ish went down. The beef with his mother, then the mother is no longer his manger, then she’s pregnant. Her criminal record. I don’t have a problem with Usher and Tameka being married, happy and in love as they claim. What I have a problem with is a “mother” who abandons her children and is photographed all over the place with her new “husband” minus her children. She claimed she wants to “protect” the kids from photographers, but she is setting this child up to be the next poster child because she is all over the place defending their relationship and starting fights with whoever she feels threatened by. She should reserve some of that energy for her children and be a mom and not just a birthing machine. If they are a family, then they should live like a “family”. It’s not the Usher, Tameka and Baby-to-Be show. If they want to impress me then they need to do a photo opt as a blended “Family” or stay out of the media.

But wow. My exhusband and i are great friends and he is an excellent father to our twins. But as a mother i can’t even sleep at night when my twins aren’t with me for the short time they are with there father or his family or my family for that matter of a fact. Its just how mother are. This woman is vacationing all over the world without her children. Trutting behing Usher like she stalking him. I didn’t even see them participating in the wedding. Or in her wedding pictures.
