Haha @ vocal lessons. Pretty much every has them. I’ve seen performances that she’s done years ago, and it sounded like this. So whatever you’re hearing now, she was able to do years ago. But I guess people are never satisfied. Which I guess is cool, can’t control that. Thanks for the honest and some non-honest feedback though! =)

ashanti could always sing, she was just terrible live. And for people that hate …i don’t understand how commenters can say ciara can sing when they’ve heard this.

And we still have some haters. I think Ashanti should be in the Genius Book of World records for having the most haters!

She must have practice for that for a long time because the Ashanti I know from a long time ago she couldn’t sing like that she must of had a vocal coach right beside her a long the way because Ashanti I know she can’t sing why she can’t sing like that in her songs that’s when she really need to sing hard like that it seem to me she play around in her songs on her album..

Good for her it wasn’t her best but it sounded better than before. Home girl scared me back in the days with that bad voice she must of had a vocal coach right beside her a long the way because it was better than her last performances i’m glad it wasn’t oh baby baby baby lol lol lol lol

But on the real though why she can’t sing like that on her albums that’s when she need to do all of that.

Well she did look good. HOWEVER, her singing was mediocre. I’ve heard children sing that song better than she. It is MY OPINION, that the music industry has lost focus. A person’s voice is no longer relevant, but if you have looks, a body, dancing ability, know somebody who knows somebody, etc. you too can get a record deal.
