To VOR, first off i can promise you that Beyonce wore the original dress, and she probably got it for free. Leona is good, but she hasnt reached the level Beyonce is on, especially on a global scale. Why would D&G give her a cheap version of there dress to wear for a high profile event which they know is going to be screened world wide.
I work in fashion PR, belive you me Leona would not have priority over Beyonce when it comes to international coverage, D&G would NOT give Beyonce the cheap version of any of there clothing range. Come on now, think!!!

As for the video…I have a vision of a black and white video, at least in most parts, the story about a girl who is cheated on, she sees all the little signs such as…late night phone calls, him being late all the time, him texting someone when he thinks she is asleep. It should be a video about a girl who is in pain, in love and in denial
