Though the dress looks good on both these ladies, my vote goes to Ciara. Her short bob draws the attention to the lines of the dress, and not the gobs of hair Trina has on her head. Trina’s choice of hairstyle plus those much-too-long earring/jewelry take away from the beauty of the dress. People have to understand when you wear a HIGHLY stylized/decorated dress (like full sequins), it serves as both your outfit AND your accessories–the extra stuff really isn’t need. Also Ciara’s peep-toe shoes go gorgeously well with the shimmer and gold. Loves it.
