People have to understand when you wear a HIGHLY stylized/decorated dress (like full sequins), it serves as both your outfit AND your accessories–the extra stuff really isn’t need. Also Ciara’s peep-toe shoes go gorgeously well with the shimmer and gold. Loves it.
