Queen Beyonce was the Queen of the night as usual. I know her haters are pissed that she recieved a Lifetime Achievement Award. LMAO There are other great singers but they haven’t accomplished even a portion of what Beyonce has. She’s got more awards, sold more records, and is more popular than any other black female artist. Love or hate her she is a legend. She will never be forgotten that’s for sure. Congrats Bey and I love how you threw your hand in the air like Yes!!! and let them haters know that you have done it! I’m just so proud of her, me and a million others. I wonder if she knew she would ever be this successful? Well Congrats again and she looked beautiful last night too.

Even though I am not a fan,I loved the Country version of Irreplaceable. I think Ne-yo is the new Babyface as far as song writing is concern, because I like the English and Spanish versions also.

There are plenty of artist out right now (won’t name names but some actually got awards last night) that are being recognized for their “vocal abilities” who can’t sing worth a crap. I’ve heard Ciara live and although she’s not the best singer, she sounds better than some overrated performers out today.

Didn’t like Bee’s country rendition of Irreplacable, but her outfit was FIYAH!! Her gold gown was pretty too, but her butt was looking real big. Kinda fake looking. I think she arches her back when she stands to give it a bigger appearance. AKeys performance was banging, and Mary J. performance was aiight, she shuda had backup dancers. Usher really couldn’t talk last nite either. He was stuttering all over the place when presenting B with her award. Imma need him to get it together.

I liked these awards. Prob the best I have seen this year. Everyone who performed could sing. I didn’t think Avril did a good job though.

Alicia Keys performance was ok. I was more surprised about her ability to dance than the lackluster of her only performing one verse of her song….however the reggae was on point and it was different. So she still gets kudos.

Beyonce looked so pretty…proving less is more. Usually way too much hair and make-up. Especially loving her performance outfit. She is rocking the heck outta those skinny jeans.

Loved Mary’s performance. Her voice was great. I was up dancing around, pop, locking, & dropping. Didn’t like her unitard but the boots, belt, and glasses are a winner.

Hated Rihanna’s hair and performance dress. Correction liked Rihanna’s hair hated the beads, bands, or w/e that was around it… Ne-yo’s voice …..idk.

1. Chris Brown’s performance was meh this time around, he should have practiced his lip singing better. Mary was pure fire.

Those awards are bought and paid for. If you father was on the Grammy Board you would have as many awards as she does. You notice that when she gets all of these awards, but people who have been in the musice industry a long time never really comment on how great she is musical. You always hear about her beauty and sexiness, but never really hear about her talent alone. Simon Cowe is the only one that has had the courage to call her out. Her fans are going to be really upset when it is revealed that she has had a ghost singer.
