I know what Kanye is going through because I lost my mom in February from Leukemia. It’s not easy trying to move on as an only child. Prayer & strong faith in God is the ONLY WAY to make it.

I thik it’s a little to soon for perform; he should wait.

Wow! I was thinking about Kanye all week. I was hoping he would take some time, relax, and don’t worry about us and performing. I worried he would continue to perform and break down on stage like this. It’s so sad!!! and being an only child like Kanye, and having such a strong bond with his Mother I knew he must feel bad. Yes, he should cry as long as he wants, and stay strong also.

Kanye, please just take care man. Take your love Alexis, and lay low and relax and get your mind, body, thoughts together. Don’t try to stay strong and keep performing for us at this time. Even if I bought a ticket for your concert at this time; I would’ve appreciate the fact that you wanted to come and perform for us, but, needed the time off.

Please Kanye, we are your fans and will always be. Take this time to get yourself together. I’m your “true fan” and I care about you. Whatever needs to be done in this moment in your life, if it’s not urgent, leave for a later date. Man, I worried about you like you were my son. I think God put Alexis back in your life to be that lady who will stay with you and comfort you always. No one can replace your Mama, but, brother I can never forget the words from your Mother’s mouth. ” I love Alexis, because she loves and cares for my son” what more can a Mother ask. I think you should always remember and cherish those words. Now, it’s you and Alexis brother. You two go and lay low. It’s too soon to try and be strong just for the sake of us fans. Anyone who doesn’t understand this, really isn’t a fan and human being at all.

Stay strong brother!!!! Your Mother died being proud of you! and you I know are very proud of her for what she always did for you.

So Sad made me cried, He is an only child and was very close to his mother. You could tell his mother had so much love for her only child. I don’t think they made hin do the concert, he probably just wanted to do something to ease away the pain, Because being all alone makes the pain more worst. He needs to take a long break.

OMG, that is the saddest thing to sit here and watch. I’m crying right now as I watch this. I love Kanye but I know this is the hardest thing that he is going through right now. He is very dedicated to his fans to come back and perform so soon. I hope he takes some time out for himself.

Really tough to watch…You can truly feel his pain. I commend him and maybe even understand a little why he might want to go out and perform instead of being locked away somewhere lost in sadness….he will be in mourning for a very long time and for some, the best way to heal is to do what you know your lost loved one would want you to do and that is what you love to do (in Kanye’s case that is to perform). As an only child I can not phathom the thought of how he must feel but hopefully he knows that there is lots of love and support from his fans worlwide…..

I have tears in my eyes watching this, and I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. My heart and prayers go out to Kanye. I know from experience that there is NOTHING more heartbreaking and devastating than losing a parent unexpectedly, no matter how “grown” you are. It leaves you so empty, hollow, and lonely. And there is nothing another living soul can do to help you. I hope everyone around Kanye gives him the room and the right to grieve. I hope no one is telling him to “be strong.” This is a time when he should not be expected to be strong - those around him need to be strong for him.

I don’t know who those people were who hugged him, but I’m glad they did. It’s in times like these that, other than God, you really need people to help you through it. I know everybody grieves in their own way, but from what I can tell it seems like Kanye grieves like I do.

He needs someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on,a strong hug, and God to heal his broken heart.

I know Kanye was just trying to be strong and do what his mother would want him to do, but he needs to take some time for himself and grieve. The fact that he tried to perform, shows his strong character and love for his fans despite what he has been through. I couldn’t imagine performing, much less eating if something GOD forbid happened to my mother, but I respect him for it. As far as this concert, his breakdown was bound to happen and if he performs any more time soon, it will probably happen again. My advice to Kanye is to take time for yourself and grieve. WOW! This was too emotional for me to watch. My heart goes out to Kanye and his family. Donda was an incredible and beautiful human being. I was talking with his attorney Allison and she told me that Kanye is very torn which that is an expected feeling. I was so sad when I heard the news because my mom passed away 6 years ago and she was my world. I have other brothers and sisters but my mom was my bestest friend in the whole wide world. I am an accomplished young lady and with all of my successes the times are harder for me to deal with her passing. My mom was my comfort blanket. No matter what was going on in my life, I knew that I could always depend on her and I knew that I had no worries in the world. She made me feel safe and I knew that I could do anything with my mother by my side, but now I’m facing the world on my own. It did help me become more independent but sometimes I feel this BIG void in my life and it is a feeling that I know Kanye is going to be able to relate to. I’m just really going to pray for Kanye and his family. I pray he has strength through his journey in life because the passing of his mother will be with him throughout the rest of his career and life and you all best believe that it will be the most difficult experience that he will ever have to live with.

Kanye know that you are loved by many and your mom reminds me of my mom. I’m pretty sure they are in heaven having a good time looking over us. Stay up and just know that God’s will for her life was completed. She got you to the point to be able to stand on your own and you will see it through! You are an incredible young man and we all LOVE YOU YE’!!

When the instrumental began everybody was clappin their handz,
But Ye never succeed in singing, and 2 minutes after, broke in tears…
His Chorist and DJ A-Trak then took him in their arms….

After that he finished with a 10 minutes version of Stronger that was amazing…

I was there in the audience. And When the song started I was like “Will he be able tO keep it up?”… I was really anxiOus. And then, he just cOuldn’t continue…he just brOke dOwn.
I just started CryinG too. And all the crOwd reacted in an AmazinG way, encOuraging him, applauding… It was electric & maGiC. But still so so saD.
I have a huGe respect fOr what Kanye West did on SaturDay. He just came back to SinG “StronGer”. Unleashed. YOu cOuld feel that he wanted tO exOrcize the pain!

Its so strange. i feel like this is a friend’s mother. I just want to reach out and hug him. It think it is because he is so open, honest, vulnerable and genuine that we all feel it too. So many people in the entertainment idnustry are focused on projecting an image and distancing their performances, and what should be “art”, from their real lives. kanye really understands that true artistry is a reflection of your life and deeply intertwined with the things that matter most. His mom was one of those people who made him who he is and her influences are so present in all his talents. Once the initial pain and heartbreak has begun to subside, he should feel satisfied knowing that his mother KNEW her son loved her. If we, as strangers knew it, surely she did as well. I think about him all the time right and I pray that he can heal soon.

I lost my grandmother 3yrs ago which was more like my mother because she really took care of me and my son. Shortly after her passing I found out I ws pregnant with beautiful twin girls which I had on her birthday 09/02/2005. The point I making is there is light at the end of the tunnel. It hurts and the pain never goes away it just gets easier to deal with. Our family loves you Kanye hang in there we are all praying for you.
