Apparently, Usher is coming back. It just doesn’t feel like he’s about to release a new album because it just seems as though there has been minimal coverage on an Usher comeback. Anytime I hear something about Usher, it has to do with Tameka too. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think this song went hard. Produced by Rich Harrison, the new material from Usher, “Dat Girl Right There” really seems as though it could take off on radio and do really well.
It feels like Usher’s about to suffer from Britney Spears syndrome. Upon hearing this, the material seems like it’s going to be there for the new album, but where is he going to be in the midst of all of this?

After pondering, I think the song would sell better as a Luda single, featuring Usher. The strongest point in the song is Luda’s verse. . .I hope Usher doesn’t begin force feed us the bit of how his wife is the one for him via his music.

Like most of the comments that weird noise running through the beat irritated me to no end. It seems like it could grow on me I’ve listened 3 times so I’m really trying over here, but so far no luck. This is not the single he needs to get things poppin.

Usher is not fooling anyone with this “newly” leaked track! This song was recorded by Rich Harrison’s artist Young Steff. I heard it a while back on his myspace page. Usher is too established to be taking records from up and coming artists! I think he needs to focus on his family and regroup when he can create some hot original material. The last thing Usher needs is the career diminishing “album push-back”. R&B music has been suffering from this a lot lately.

As I’m typing I’m patting the blood from my ears b/c I stabbed a pen into each of them. That beat (which sounds more like background farts & sharts) is overwhelming. I had no idea what Usher was saying because I was concentrating too hard on not making strange faces at my computer at work.
How many artists remain under management by their parents? Not too many. He probably got to a point in his life where he needed his mother to be his MOTHER and not try and run his life, i.e. his relationships. That doesn’t mean he’s treating her like dirt and I doubt he really said that she was doing a poor job. That’s probably some media BS to stir up controversy. And as for her needing a job from him, I’m sure she’s not hurting for anything and can live comfortably the rest of her life.

I could careless about usher’s decision to marry. He’s entitled to marry whom he pleases. Though i always question when a person go against their family and marry someone that family cautions them against..your family loves you and want the best for you..they wouldn’t try to keep something good for you, only reason they would do this is because they see harm coming to you in some way…..why is this a issue…because when or if something goes wrong with the marriage, he’ll be looking for support from those very people who cautioned him against this.
I said it once, and i’ll say it again…i have no respect for a man who chooses a woman, a outsider, over his family…..end of story.
