Keyshia Cole stopped by MTV’s TRL studios this week while tourng on the eastside with R. Kelly. Dressed in all white, the singer performed her single “Should’ve Let You Go”.
Keyshia is currently doing well in music in television – having both an already certified gold new album and a rated number reality TV show.
Also there, were Lupe fiasco and Mario – who both have album releasing next month. Mario’s buzzed about album Go is due out on December 11th, while Lupe is releasing The Cool on December 18th.

My niece works at the new arena in Newark, N.J. and she worked the Thanksgiving show where R. Kelly and Keyshia played. She said that the staff was offered a complimentary Thanksgiving dinner that would be eaten by them after the show but R. had sooo many people with him backstage that the food was given to his people. My niece was pissed!
Keyshia – She needs a boyfriend….and it should be me. :0) If we do hook up, I’m gonna ignore her family tho. Her momma and sista are crazy.

I was watching Keyshia’s show last night. What a train wreck! I feel for her. Her family is sooooo ghetto. I thought her sister was a loud talker due to the bottle but it seems like she is just that way no matter what. It’s proof that money does not solve every problem. God bless them.

I’m not a big fan of hers, but I did see her live when she toured with Kanye a couple of years ago, and she can good live. Thats all I have nice to say about her. Maybe it’s just me, but her family is an embarrassement to our race. I’m probably thinking about it too deeply cause most black folk has a crazy family member, but her family fits all the stereotypes. Prostitute Mama, got 7 baby daddies, loud sister who likes to argue in the middle of the street and tell everybody her business, etc. I think their issues are to deep and really shouldn’t be on tv, its just too much. That’s just my opinion, because I know all 2 million of everybody get a kick out of that ghetto mess.
I felt bad for Neffe on last night’s show..She still is evidently really upset about the break up with her baby’s daddy…At one point i was like girl have some pride…I know you upset but you sittin here talking about ya’ll need to try for the kids? He cheated WITH YOUR COUSIN and is liven with her…Doesn’t sound like he is thinkin about you…Her yellin did nothing but run him away which i knew he would do…No dude is trying to hear alla that especially not in the streets…And then the saddest part was the kids was right in the middle seeing everything…I felt so bad for them….I wished someone would have took them kids in the house somewhere away from all of that…Poor babies

Keyshia, please don’t get any more tats! You should be above that by now. And I agree, they are puttin’ too much business out in the streets. I just don’t understand how she can deal with all of that mess. I made a decision a long time ago to put people like that out of my life because I can’t deal with the crazy! I just could not live in an environment with all of that going on. She is trying to build a career! The scarry part (hell it was all scarry) was her financial guy telling her to pull back on the spending for family and friends. Sounds like she is buring through the money kind of fast. That show is not even about her, it’s about her crazy ass family! What about the mom telling the R.E. Agent “fuck her” (Neffe). That’s how you interact with professional people? OMG! Keyshia is growing on me slowly. I love Mario. If you havent seen his documentary on MTV, then you need too. It will make you see him in a whole new light- as a artist and as a person. His mother was (and still IS in my opinion) a heroin addict I have always loved him. He has a unqiue voice and sound. Support his album. I know Ima “GO” cop it!

Im not feeling her outfit . I love her show though . It gives you the rawness of her life and I appreciate that . It’s not often that you get to see an artist reveal such personal trails in their lives.
