With this year coming to a close, I thought it would be cool to look at some of the most popular trends we saw on the carpet this year. One color I saw many ladies standing out in was hot pink – or maybe hot fuschia (however it comes out on your computer screen).
It’s a bold color, but its also a fun color that adds a bit of excitement to the look. Rihanna for example, wore her pink Armani gown at the VMAs this year and the color really made a simple gown different from the rest.

It seems I’m the only one who doesn’t like it. The pink is too bold and they all look washed out. I think maybe in small colors (shoes) , it would be better.

Also, fashion is so harum-scarum right now,it would be super hard to pick any one trend….but, if I had to pick something that black celebs have been on this year, I would have chosen the pencil skirt…I don’t think so many black people have worn that look, until now…

Yeah, we had a great run “back in the day!” I think the Loop is still paying good dividends to its management and staff, but the content of the bloggers is remissed!

@Meat actually there are senior proms and the kids tend to be 17/18. i’ve seen girls wear dresses like that to prom. idk some girls like to be overdressed for prom. i’ve also seen girls wear hardly anything. it’s like everyone’s trying to be oversexed
anyway i like the dresses but they look a little cheap (even though they’re really really expensive. go figure). i would most likely get riri’s dress. it’s sad that her stylist never gets recognition and she takes all the credit.
